ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 pins and force feedback drop

Hello all,

Today I removed the wheel (ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5) from the wheel base and when I took a look at the pins, I noticed that one of them was lower than the rest. Is this normal? Look at the attached photo.

I play F1 2023 mostly, and sometimes the wheel base looses force feedback. For example, when I'm turning in a corner I get the force feedback as expected, but suddenly it looses all the force. A little later is get the force again and looses in the next corner. It is very annoying. Has this happened to anyone else? What could be the root cause?

Yes, that is normal.

I found the solution on YouTube, the shortest one is the pin that brings voltage to the steering wheel, which comes into contact last after the signal pins
