Where has Fanatec's customer service gone?
For 15 days the customer service no longer responds to emails, they have completely abandoned me with my worries. On the other hand, my money was cashed without delay. Don't buy anything just yet, he's making fun of their loyal customer.

15days if you payed with PayPal use that to contact them normally a day or 2 they will get back to you
same payed with card today im contacting the back to ask for my money back
Customer Support hasn't answered in over seven days for me, too.

They never had any to start with so it has not gone anywhere.
