Its XBox - im going to assume that some of the buttons, LEDs and the OLED screen dont work? Thats a limitation of Xbox/Fanatec, and not the wheel itself

According to this, the Fanatec system needs a firmware update to unlock these features.
"Bespoke buttons and digital displays will be activated in an upcoming Fanatec wheel firmware update."
Straight from xbox.com. This is definitely the most "official" information I've seen to date regarding this matter. Now whether that's *actually* what needs to happen, or if this article dumbs it down so as to not get into the whole GDK/SDK discussion, I'm not so sure.
All we can do is continue to wait and see.
Thanks Joe for being so quick on the news and Gregg for keeping me in the loop. Be careful mentioning GDK/SDKs...that kind of talk can start riots around here. This is solid enough for me to consider it some light at the end of the tunnel.
