P1v2 + csl dd wont calibrate correctly

Just received my bundle yesterday. Watched a number of videos online showing the wheel move slightly to the left then do a full 360 after switching the dd on. Mine barley moves 90 degrees and then stops. I have tested the wheel and its working great, but I can't find any info about why mine isn't calibrating properly. This is my first dd wheel, sorry for being a noob. I'm on pc

Could I ask one more question 🙏. In fanalab, my wheel is showing up as the csl elite p1 for ps4. My wheel is the p1v2. Is that also normal seens as this is just version 2 of the original p1 ?
Already answered in your separate thread - normal but you can simply change it by opening the Alternative image selection flyout with the Grey arrow.
