Usb device not recognized

So after i fixed my fanatec clubsport shifter by using tape on the pcbs, after 2 or 3 weeks it stopped working, and my windows 10 system says usb device isn't recognized, I'm not sure if the problem was the shifter or the clubsport usb adapter, i replaced the clubsport usb adapter but still the same issue. Sometimes please help!!!
