CSL elite pedals not registering with dd1 base

I recently bought a dd1 base and hooked it up. Both my wheels work fine but the pedals aren’t being picked up by the base or in fanatec when I plug the base into my computer for updating. I have Xbox and PlayStation and the firmware I believe is up to date, although from what I read there may be a firmware mismatch?

    You've connected the Pedals (V3?) directly to your Base via RJ12 Cable and the Base to the PC?

    To find them in the Firmware Manager you have to connect them directly to you'r PC via the USB-Cable which was delivered together with the Padels, then they are shown in the Firmware Manager.

    cant be a firmware mismatch on pedals.

    If youve connected the pedals using USB AND rj12 at the same time - youve just killed your pedals
