Universal Hub buttons not working on PS5 and GT7

I am really frastrating as I do not get any infos or help in the www.

Also the Fanatec support does not answer.

I bought a CSL Universal Hub V2 (CSL_UH_V2) and connected it on my Gran Turismo DD Pro

But despite the PS and circle button no other button work.

This stick (funky switch?) should act as up/down/left/right and X/OK, but is completeley without function.

Yesterday I have DL and latest driver and updated the base (1.1.11.3) the Hub Firmware is on 8 which is indicated as the latest.

According to the CSL Universal Hub V2 Quick Guide the indicated switches shoul work out of box on the Playstation. But they dont.

Is the Hub broken or what could I do?

Thanks, but this is about Club Sport universal hub, I own CSL universal hub.

But maybe your hint helped me anyhow. there seem to be a option to switch the hub itself between PS and PC mode.

I thought its only done by the base.

I will give it a try later on

  • OK. it was already on the PS calibration.

With buttons 6 and 4 I can switch between P and PS Mode.

In PC mode no buttons work.

In PS mode only buttons 2 and 14 work..

I suppose the hub is defect as also the entry of the tuning menu with tuning menu button does not work.

AND I am really disaapointed: Still no answer/reaction from Fanatec. the phone hotline indicates working hours,

And when you call within this hours it says the phone support is completeley ooo.
