Fanatec not responding

I have a problem with my club sport formula v2.5X, it has a weird screen sometimes, I was told here by an Fanatec employee that I need to send it to them, so I created a case with a response 1 mont later, that I should try to fix it my self. I wrote them that its not possible that it doesn't work, so what should I do?
