attaching clubsport shifter V1.5 and clubsport handbrake v1.5 to older playseat

I have an older model playseat which has the gear stick attachment shown in these pictures. Is there any kind of adapter or part I can get to allow me to attach a fanatec clubsport shifter V1.5 and clubsport handbrake v1.5 via the existing mechanism?

Or is the only option to buy the PLAYSEAT® GEARSHIFTHOLDER PRO and switch to a larger support that sits under the seat?
