Order Destroyed in Transit, No reply from Fanatec

As the title says, my order of a PS4 CSL elite F1 set bundle was destroyed in a FedEx trailer fire and I've received no engagement from customer service whatsoever to help me get this sorted out.

I've sent emails, support tickets, and attempted to call customer service multiple times. All total silence. At this point, I am about to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Is there anyone who can help me get this resolved, or perhaps is there a different number I should be using to get someone to talk to?
