Order Destroyed in Transit, No reply from Fanatec

As the title says, my order of a PS4 CSL elite F1 set bundle was destroyed in a FedEx trailer fire and I've received no engagement from customer service whatsoever to help me get this sorted out.
I've sent emails, support tickets, and attempted to call customer service multiple times. All total silence. At this point, I am about to contact my credit card company to get a refund.
Is there anyone who can help me get this resolved, or perhaps is there a different number I should be using to get someone to talk to?

Really sorry to hear that Frank. Have you contacted Fedex to file a claim regarding this issue ?
Thanks for the reply Joseph. I have not made a claim with FedEx. After speaking with the trace department, they basically told me that my only option at that point was to contact Fanatec and that you would be filing a claim with them.
It is Fanatec who has the contract with the courier, not the recipient.
The recipient cannot launch a claim with Fedex because they have no contract with Fedex.
And to be clear - Fanatec are not filing a claim on behalf of the recipient - they are filing the claim on their own behalf.
Fanatec really should be sending out the replacements immediately - irrespective of the status of any claim with the courier. Something badly wrong with this company when things like this do not get resolved immediately. Lets just hope Fanatec don't ask for a video of the burning van! ;-)
So, where do we go from here Joseph? I have yet to receive a response to my original support ticket that was submitted on the 27th of last month.
