UPDATE: i got a call and a email from Fanatec, they have say that they got delivery issuer in Hamburg am monday. GOt my Tracking ID 2 days ago and My Wheels was yesterday here

I ordered on 31st March a wheel bundle.
Just sitting at Your order has been processed. No tracking number even by reference and support not answering emails.
I know we are in the bad situation of COVID-19, but other companies have communicated and stated shipping is delayed by up to 3 days.
I am also tempted to add something to my order but cant do that if support dont answer.
Maybe Fanatec can stop making this stuff in China? Just saying.
Anyone have experience with their package being stuck in the "pre-shipment" Stage?? It has been stuck for quite some time and I am getting stressed it is lost or just has not been sent out yet. Have not heard back from anyone at Fanatec so that is a bit disappointing. This should have been arriving this week otherwise.
There could be the issue that wherever your package is being shipped from is locked down, or has lower manning that normal. Even Amazon is advising of delays to ship products due to COVID-19.
In my past orders, I've seen that wording up until the day the package actually shipped.
Well that's frustrating. It's been like that for a week almost. Wish I could have chosen a different courier option.
I've sent emails to Fanatec simply to ask if they are still doing business as I wanted to place an order. Never received an reply. They could all be dead.
No they are not dead, placed order yesterday and today got e-mail that all products are posted.
Used that tip on previous post for UPS tracking, didn´t got tracking number from Fanatec but you can use your order number.
Those are already on the way, great service!

I received my order successfully on Monday and am very happy with it all so far. It appears that the shipping side is still functioning but they are not sending out emails or updating status on the order page in your Fanatec account; here it is still not showing as either shipped or delivered.
The UPS tip seems the only reliable way to find out whether your order is on the way or not, a bit frustrating but much happier to receive the product and no email than the other way round!
I guess they will answer your mails, when you stop using caps in this forum ;) Hopefully you won't be able to write here anyway!

I order the CSL Elite base and received it yesterday. After playing with it for 4 hours it started to smoke and the area where the LED are was super hot to the touch. And now the steering wheel doesnt work. Now, I can not get a hold of a single person to see about getting it replaced.

Please contact support Gregory, they will get in touch with you asap. Provide a video of your problem. Your wheel is brand new so they will likely RMA and replace it for you.
I have tried calling but No one is answering at the Support and they transfer you to voice mail and it says unable to leave voice mail because mailbox is full.

Made an order on the 8th for the csl wheelbase, csl p1 rim for Xbox, csl elite pedals and loadcell. Everything was ready to ship. Now it says preorder when I go to my order. Emailed fanatec to find out exact shipping details and estimated date with no response. Please help!
Folks, Germany is in a lock down just like the US is. If they are not answering emails or the phone, they likely are not at work much, if at all. I believe Germany has implemented no groups over TWO people. That's going to make it hard for Fanatec to have more than two people in the facility.
I made an order on the 7th April. I've got the order number, by Fanatec email, but i stiil waiting for the email with the trecking number. This is normal? (1 week)

Placed an order for wheel and universal hub April 9th. Used credit card and payment has been taken. Checked status and it states being processed. Sent 2 emails asking what the status is with no reply.
10th and 14th was holiday in Germany Edward. Please keep that in mind + the situation we are all in caused by Covid19.

Just FYI - I'm in California, USA. Purchased late Friday 4/10 and it was shipped from CA, USA warehouse 4/14 super early. (Fast turn here in the US)
Package shipped via Fedex (2 day shipping). Is there a trick to get tracking numbers for Fedex like there is for UPS? or is there a separate tracking number email besides the shipped email?
I had to return back to work, and nobody is home. Package theft is bad here... I was hoping to leave work when I get a notification and move it inside the apartment, but now i'm really worried it'll sit outside for 12+ hours.
