Clubsport V3 weak vibration issue

Hi All - I got my clubsport v3 pedals about a week ago. I was really looking forward to the vibration feature. Whether I have the pedals plugged in via USB or the wheel, the vibration testing is extremely weak. I can only just barely feel it in my foot. Even putting my hands on the pedals doesn't really add much feeling.
I'm hoping someone has advice on how to turn up the power on them as I'm pretty disappointed as I was most excited about this feature.

I see it. It basically said "they suck." Is that really it? I've seen complaints in some forums that they are too strong so I'm very confused.
