CSL DD Wireless Quick release Problem

Hey i got my CSL DD ( 8NM ) Today and after i pluged it in i got the following error:
Error: Connect device failed (Error: Internal ping failure : no presponse recieved for ping command )
Power OFF the wheel base and retry update.
If the problem persists, please contact FANATEC support.
I have already tryed to Firmware update the base (blue flashing light)
but it doesnt work anyone knows that problem or could help ?

Exactly same problem here.
I have tried several USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports in my computer but with no luck.
I also tried connecting CSL DD to another computer, but same message appears.
Here is discussed a similar problem with Podium bases, but they don´t work for me

I have contacted support, and they told me that I will receive and answer in few days, i´ll post here then.

Log into your Fanatec account and press "Support/FAQ" in the upper left menu. Choose "To Support", then the product, and you can open a ticket.

I solved my problem using the method of this post.
Seems that some bases are not well mounted, and USB-C connector at the end of the shaft randomly disconects causing wheel and/or base are not recognized by the computer.
I loose up the C-Clamp, then carefully remove the shaft, insert it again lefting no space between base and shaft (see images in post), then retighten C-Clamp back up to 15Nm and after that it worked without problems.
