Csl elite with formula v2 won’t go into Xbox mode

Hi hope someone can help I’ve recently bought the formula v2 because I use pc and Xbox one but I can’t get it to work on Xbox one I’ve tried numerous drives 334,336,346,352 none seem to do any thing other than on 334 it will work the first time then just switches between pc and PS4, however with p1 wheel everything works fine. Currently I’ve got the 336 driver installed currently I have WBFW 656 SWFW 28. I don’t know what to do I’m thinking of sending it back and getting a refund as I’ve heard nothing from fanatec for 6 days and I’ve only got 14 to send it back.... help!!!

Did you press the specific button combo to go into xbox mode on your wheel when the V2 is attached?
Hi yes ive tried it on the wheel and on the base it just doesn't seem to work no matter what i do, as soon as i slid the P1 wheel on it switches straight away

what was the solution? I have a CSL Elite Base with P1 Wheel. Updated the firmware (have no idea what was the original), since that the base doesn't go into Xbox mode.
