Steering Wheel Update Problem on GT DD PRO

Hi Guys,

I bought dd pro bundle with v2.5 formula steering wheel, I updated all the firmware for wheel base and pedals but the steering wheel (DD pro wheel or f1 wheel) cant be updated, problem occurs while it starts to update

and the red light on power button flashes continously and "Caution Please update the firmware" on LED screen of steering wheel flashes. Can someone help me about this situation, I am new at Fanatec ecosystem.
