How much of that downward trend is just due to a "natural correction", so to speak, after the unusual explosion during the pandemic (when everyone and their brother decided to buy sim racing equipment)?
If you look at the 5-year trend, it's still an overall positive trajectory. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Fanatec as a company don't have some serious problems - they certainly do - but to me, this article seems a bit over the top with the "doom and gloom".
Like two hours later i got my tracking number with status 'Shipping Label Created' on UPS site and after a while it got changed to 'On the way' with delivery time tomorrow morning. Quite surprising that my package could travel across europe within little more than 12 hours as standard parcel.
You are right, it's subjective.. It's absolutely fine to take a different view.
But remember, they borrowed on the back of the pandemic bump and now have negativity equity of €50m and an operating loss of €4m in the last 6 months. My view is that it won't be long before the banks press for clarity on how this debt will be repaid. I don't believe they have a clear path to recovery so I don't think the doom and gloom is unwarranted.
If you truly believe they will bounce back, now would be a great time to invest - share price dropped another 9.5% today!
According to UPS my current package was shipped from Hamburg, Germany. Which make sense as their products are produced in China and shipped by sea to Europe. But honstly I do not remeber where my previous Fanatec orders was shipped from.
I wonder why this company doesnt improve on their warehouse (WMS) vs. shop/site system... unacceptable.. But what's even more unacceptable that my order has been like that "Completely shipped" as well for 10 days without receiving a tracking, without product and without ANY response on social media and on support tickets/mails.. Unacceptable and I wish I bought MOZA instead, what a dissapointment this purchase process has been but I hope they enjoy my money, while I just wait and have and hear nothing... pfff

Came here armed with a screenshot to post with an update, turns out it's the exact same as this, verbatim.
So it was a reply to all/kicking it even down the road.

FYI, I got a similar email about the shipping issues and the warehouse and my tracking number showed up the next morning in my account.
Everything I ordered on the 6th was showing up as "in stock" on the 6th.
Things might be getting better for everyone soon.
did the email received indicate a code similar to this? CMR:00001234567890
yes
