I, group, i'm from Canada, ordered 21 of november, received shipping information by email on november 28, the tracking says : still waiting for the item, you means that it s been 2 week since november 21, and it is not shipped yet. no shipping information appear in fanatec order, just usps.

They saying u can see it on pc web browsers logging in to fanatec account but it doesn't work for me .

Order since 11th of April stll with the same status since the order. No answer to emails ... pretty much nothing.
