So how are the deliveries of the ClubSport DD coming along?
The first units will arrive next week in the warehouses and will then be shipped to the customers based on order date. So next week you should see a lot of happy CS DD customers but I am not sure if all open orders can be fullfilled already.
Was the shifter deal supposed to be part of todays deals and sold out or was it up by mistake?

This had to be a mistake. I nearly bought one as a backup, but money is still money... Also noticed the shifter isn't even on the shifter page after that was taken down.
What if i purchase a different item every day (let's say, the DD2 today, a pedal set tomorrow, etc), will i get 3-4 different packages or they will be grouped together and perhaps get a discount on the total shipping cost?
Are you Sure about your mystery concept to the Black Friday deals?
I mean, some people can cancel their order maybe a few times if there is another big deal that let them order again for the „better“ deal. This must be a huge organizationally nightmare for the Staff or didn’t it?
As a customer I don’t know which is the best deal for me and when I have to place the order to get maximum benefit for me. Or if I have to place the orders all around the week which ends in a lot more packages with more delivery costs… you know what I want to say?
maybe a newsletter with a overview of the week where nice for those who want to take a whole setup like me and knows when comes the best deal or not. Maybe there is a better plantable Organisation for the Fanatec Staff and the customer.

Fanatec Black Friday deals have always been a bit mysterious, remember the bidding concept a few years ago?
I think the best strategy is to have your wish list handy and if that item comes up, be quick.
No, I look at Fanatec just since a year ago and wait for the Black Friday since last year. My hope was that there are a few good deals that I can buy a whole setup at once and now it’s much more difficult than I expected.
seems that I have to place more single orders along the week and the rest after the week if there was no good deal. Which means more shipping costs for Fanatec an the customer and more work for the warehouse, because so much different customers want to buy so much packages around this week.
im not very happy with this style of black week deals this year. This year is just for those who want to upgrade some parts of their rigs, not for those who want to get a complete custom package.
Even if we announce everything today, you still don't know if the product is still available in a few days.
The reason why we are doing it like this is that we want to reduce the concentrated load on our website and want to avoid the crashing what we had the years before.

and then all the people who want to buy something are still there as well.

are you sure that you designed this week for all your customers?
for me, which I wanted to buy a full setup, it seems not actually… for each one I have to pay extra shipping costs if there is a deal for my setup.
if I can see what’s coming up next, I can make a plan when I buy which parts to reduce shipping costs. But I have to know the exact time when the deals go online before they are sold out… you may understand my disappointment.

Don‘t you find a Ready2Race bundle for your whole setup? There you can get Base, Wheel and Pedals with discount.
I find them, but they didn’t match witch my personal preferences. So I configured a 3k setup which matched to my personal preferences and now I have to split this order to a lot of smaller orders just to get a benefit from the Black Friday deals. When they matched up with the setup I created.
so your point isn’t very helpful in this case. You can’t compare one of the „ready to race“ setups to some with the DD+ or to the actual DD1 and DD2 setups which you have to take this wheel Fanatec want to, not you want to have.
