There are no words. I believe it's time for all of us to stop begging anyone for any information.
It's not in our interest to plead for any information on forums. We haven't received anything for free from Fanatec. The fact that the company decided to do a promotion for Black Friday is solely their business.
Is any one of us at fault for their system error? - No. If any of us make a mistake, we bear the consequences.
We shouldn't be here begging for information like beggars. It is solely the company's obligation to individually reassure each one of us if such a situation arises. Each of us should receive thorough and exhaustive information regarding our orders from the company. However, it's quite the opposite.
Fanatec behaves as though they've given away 60,000 items for free during Black Friday, while we politely request any information regarding the gifts they gave us.
It is their responsibility to uphold their reputation by informing, apologizing, and offering substantial discounts for future mishaps they have caused.
But it seems they couldn't care less, while we beg and inquire about our paid-for orders. It's high time to report this to the appropriate authorities.
Fanatec did not voluntarily inform each of us without prior emails to their help desk. They seem utterly indifferent towards us.
I understand they have a high volume of orders and inadequate support staff. However, isn't it in the company's interest to promptly inform customers?
This is only about recent orders from the last month. But how do people feel who spent thousands of euros on equipment and expect repairs, replacements, or other support? They are left on their own, without money and the equipment they sent back.
Buying a €5 item on AliExpress gets you better treatment than here, where you spend hundreds of times more money.
I've never wished ill upon anyone, but Fanatec's customer service deserves years of work to reclaim its good name from the depths it currently resides in.
I have 2 D01 bases, D02, and a few wheels - these products are really good, but the customer service, on which it all depends, for which the company does all this, is below any standards. Fanatec's service on Black Friday was as if a third-world bus arrived to serve us.
I apologize for my frustration, but for me, what matters is receiving good information, which I have never received.
i am also waiting to get any type of info but since nobody is answering it seems they want to sit it out as long as the Black Friday mess is still going on.
mark my words: next week we will get an update like: we’re sorry to inform you that the container got stuck somewhere and delivery will be delayed until January/february 2024

My order was placed in the early morning on Black Friday, the order number is 1826657. The order is still stuck in completely shipped. I understand that Fanatec received a lot of orders during Black Friday, but it's been 15 business days, and is becoming not acceptable.
They wrote "we'd like to apologize for the delays with our customer care. We have shared an update with our community in our forum (this blog) There will be an update for those who ordered the V2.5X steering wheel and not yet received news on the shipping status very soon."
I placed 4 orders. The first one was the 19th November and it’s actually been delivered. The next one was 21st November & has had a UPS label created for 3 weeks now but has not left the warehouse. The 3rd one was 24th November (my biggest order) absolutely nothing has happened. The fourth one on 27th November UPS label created 8 days ago and guess what, not left the warehouse. I’ve spent roughly £1600 inc VAT across all 4 orders. If I wasn’t already part of the Fanatec eco system I would have definitely bought from a different company. If there’s no movement by the middle of January then I’ll just have to cancel and get my money back through the CC company.
all products were in stock at the time of ordering (No pre-orders)
I’ve messaged James with no reply and customer service with only a automated reply.
personaly I don’t think they have the man power or the stock to actively honour the orders we’ve all placed. If they could only communicate to us all via social media and this forum as to what’s really going on then we might all be a bit more understanding of the situation. But to basically say nothing that makes sense to anyone is crazy.
it’s a shame as I’ve had zero issues with @Fanatec or their products until now.
Spoiler: the survey will be a bit biased: people with the fanatec gear at home won't spend here time complaining. But it's great to compare orders' statuses
I guess they updated there status. "completely shipped" sounds like it's shipped to you. Handover to warehouse (i've that status aswell now) sounds more like the real situation

literally the same order, only i also have the load cell kit and the boost kit, but same in my UPS account, got nothing
