Fanatec EU situation / Can I buy now?
Hey guys,
I wanted to ask some of you who might have some recent info or experience on the topic.
I'm very much in the market for a CSL DD bundle with some additional stuff, but as of recently I have heard that Fanatec is in shambles right now and they don't have any customer service and SUPER long delays with no responses on question asked afterwards.
How bad is the issue IN EUROPE right now? Who can tell me something about that?

Hi , i-ve ordered a GT DD Pro on the 8th of Jan and my order status is still in handover to warehouse. I'm honestly expecting a delay of around 20 ish days until my order get shipped. Saw something along these lines on yt.
Ordered mine on 30 December. Order status is 'handed over to warehouse' from 8 Januari. I made an UPS account and today i got a message that they will deliver this monday. Order status at Fanatec still the same.
If you use pc go elsewhere, if you are console then you have no choice but use fanatec for dd wheel base. I ordered 10th november, that shipment got list, weeks of waiting and someone finally replied on 8th jan creating new order, no movement since handover to warehouse
Also plenty of posts on here about csl dd breaking after little use and no support tickets being answered
dont forget the first 10 days we had the holidays + they were going over the inventory so its normal they would not ship your product till almost at the end of the period
If all goes well, you should receive your order in 1 to 2 weeks in Europe.
However, every small nodus turns into a real odyssey.

Hello, I ordered a CSL DD Ready2Race 5nm the 10th dec, but it was out of stock until mi jan. It was ok for me i can wait. BUT early jan the date changed to 26th jan. So now on my order it's 26th. But if I go on the website, i can see green light : "Ships within 4-7 days" but on my order it's still that : "Preorder:
Availability date:
Jan 26, 2024"
Should I cancel my order and redo a new one ? (Of course i contacted the support but still no answer)
edit : if we do a new order there is this message : Orders will not be shipped from January 3-10 2024 due to inventory. (but we are the 12th so idk what to think about that)
I made an order McLaren Bundle with Clamp table at 5th January ,at 8 I receive an email with process and my order is still in Handover in Warehouse. I have no idea when I m going to receive my order in Greece
Do you have the UPS app? People have got notifications from UPS for inbound parcels before their accounts have shown any delivery information.

Received mine just before the weekend. Now need to get some bolts to fix it to my rig. Everything updated. Hope it works well 🤞🏻
