Orders not processing - go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint
Everyone, if your having issues with Fanatec orders I would consider going to the Better Business Bureau in your area and filing a complaint. I'm having the same issues and finally cancelled my order after placing in on 1/22/24 and as of today, 2/12/24 there has been no movement, nothing telling me my order is delayed. I tried emailing them and got a bot email reply. I was going to call but at this point why. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint!!! Also, if you've made a purchase on your credit card go to your CC company and file a complaint with them to get your money back and let the CC company fight for you!
