Orders not processing - go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint

Everyone, if your having issues with Fanatec orders I would consider going to the Better Business Bureau in your area and filing a complaint. I'm having the same issues and finally cancelled my order after placing in on 1/22/24 and as of today, 2/12/24 there has been no movement, nothing telling me my order is delayed. I tried emailing them and got a bot email reply. I was going to call but at this point why. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint!!! Also, if you've made a purchase on your credit card go to your CC company and file a complaint with them to get your money back and let the CC company fight for you!

Complaint filed. Since their US HQ is in California, which is a very consumer-friendly state, I'm also going to file a complaint with the state AG. Also, if your order is 30 days or older without it being shipped and you haven't been notified of the delay they are in violation of FTC rules so I'm filing a complaint there also. Not with mine but it's not an immediate thing. If you look at the BBB site there are tons of complaints the Fanatec hasn't and probably never will respond to. I'm waiting until tomorrow to start filing the other complaints
can someone just give us a link to the better Business bureau for fanatec?
i am in the uk though so do you have any idea of where to file a complaint against them
