F1 eSports V2 not shifting up periodically

Hello,

First of all: the clamp is tightened, I don’t see how it can go any tighter.

Once in a while, max 2x a week or maybe not at all for a week, the upshift paddle doesn’t work (car doesn’t shift up). I’ve tried retightening everything, cleaning the wheel, reinstalling the drivers but it keeps happening randomly. Does anyone have a fix for this? Or will I have to get a replacement/refund?

CSL DD, CSL Pedals, F1 eSports V2 on PC with latest drivers and Fanalab. This has been happening since I got the wheel in December.
