Customer service help

Hi,

I sent my wheel base for a repair 2 months ago for what I was told would take 2 weeks.


Every time I ask for an update I get the same response "we are looking into it...".


What other options do I have to get something done for a fix? The contact page or support page only gives me the option to submit a ticket, no phone numbers.


I'm in the UK and the wheel went for a repair to some place in norfold., as instructed by Fanatec.
