Customer service help

Hi,

I sent my wheel base for a repair 2 months ago for what I was told would take 2 weeks.


Every time I ask for an update I get the same response "we are looking into it...".


What other options do I have to get something done for a fix? The contact page or support page only gives me the option to submit a ticket, no phone numbers.


I'm in the UK and the wheel went for a repair to some place in norfold., as instructed by Fanatec.

  • You're not alone. I have a repair wheel pending any kind of status update which was delivered to USA Texas about a month ago still haven't received any update.

  • There seems to be no other means of contact except for the email.

    I asked for it to be escalated which they said they would do but that was 2 weeks ago and instill haven't heard anything.

    I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever see it again. My proof of delivery receipt is so old it's starting to fade!

  • Your best route is to contact Corsair and they can push the fanatec team to prioritise.

  • I'm not getting very far with Corsair who seem to have sloppy shoulders.


    My property has been confiscated without my permission and now I'm starting to consider legal proceedings.


    This is truly pathetic and btw, my video and history of my problem is starting to get a lot of views on YouTube...


  • Update; Fanatec got back to me after I logged a ticket with Corsair, so this method appears to work.
