With the holiday season upon us, we’d like to inform you about a few temporary adjustments to our shipping timelines. Starting today, orders placed from now on may experience delays due to the holiday rush, limited resources in our warehouse, and our annual inventory counting.
While we’re working hard to ensure that every order reaches you as soon as possible, please note that we will return to full operational capacity on January 7th. Until then, there may be significant delays in shipping.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your support means the world to us, and we’re committed to making 2024 even more amazing for you!

I wish only orders placed from now would be late. I've placed an order on the 13th and it still sitting in the warehouse, I guess I will get it only at the middle of January.
Anyway, it's not the end of the world. :)

I placed an order on the 14th,had an email on the 18th saying it was being prepared for shippment,still sitting in the warehouse.
(Also why is it everytime i log into my account there is €579.95 worth of products in my shopping basket.
Delete them everytime but when i log back in there they are again 😡)
they to send my one order out what i ordered at 14. but guess what, it sits atm in UPS warehouse because they have holiday as well -.-
if i'm lucky i get that end off year or little less
So, orders placed by the 15th won’t arrive by Christmas? Mine is still showing as "handover to warehouse"
ups i think not even take packages in atm. at least in Saturday and Sunday, 23 i think is also shorten day and some places it could be even total off day
At least you have a tracking number. Mine is sitting at Fanatec's warehouse :)
that 13 December one what i buy still sits as well in they warehouse, i todo 2 orders one at 14 and one 13
I placed my order at 14th and got it at 19th but sadly without clutch kit that I ordered :(.
I placed the order on the 15th because the it has been stated that if we ordered by that date, we would receive everything by Christmas. Finger crossed

Please use it in your newsletter. It's a shame that it's not being used at all. I think you're working hard on a lot of things, so please appeal to your users.

Made 2 orders on the 14th.
Button and sticker set: shipped 18th, delivered the 19th
CS DD+, Carbon shifter knobs: shipped 23th (today), should arrive tomorrow (24th).

Only question, are the QR2 wall mounts included. I don't expect it because Fanatec doesn't group items as far as I am aware. Product is momentarily sold-out.
If it wasn't sold out when you order it (and it wasn't, otherwise you couldn't order) it will be included.
Bestellung vom 18.12.2024 aus Deutschland nach Deutschland und seit dem warte ich auf eineTracking ID für das Lenkrad. Aber jedes mal beim anmelden, ist mein Warenkorb mit über 2voll, die ich nicht angeklickt habe!!!! Das ist nicht gerade professionell und zerstört Vertrauen.

And mine from the 13th is either label created or dispatched. :) I can only check with reference number via UPS, since there is no tracking number in my account and also if I sign in via UPS it says I don't have incoming packages. But at least according to UPS it will arrive until the end of 31st.

I understand you if you're going on a well-deserved vacation until January 6th - but I don't understand at all that you can no longer order things via PayPal on the shop page or that it sometimes happens that something randomly ends up in your shopping cart. especially from what you read, such problems have already arisen several times.... happy New Year
Es wird immer besser meine Bestellung sollte nach Köln geliefert werden, wurde aber nach Berlin geschickt.... das Packet wurde vom 18.12. nicht angepackt aber am 27.12. falsch verschickt innerhalb Deutschlands. Jemand aus den Niederlanden erhält zwei Packete in Zeit!
Was ist eigentlich mit FullForceFeedback in den Spielen, Fett beworben nirgendwo zu spielen....
It would have been helpful if this had been stated on the main page so those who are ordered would know the expectation. I placed my order after Christmas and paid for one day shipping. The only reason I placed the order is because my current setup has been sitting the Fanatec repair shop since December 3rd with no estimation of a repair date.

It is currently well past the arrival date. Had I known I would not have purchased.
Shipping delays / updates should have been mentioned on the purchase pages, not on a forum.
