new qr2 not working


Hello, my qr2 delivered with my order 2066764 does not work because there is a manufacturing defect.

I sent you a message on 12/27 ( ticket 2008043186) to request an exchange but I still have no response, and I cannot use my steering wheel.

  • Just to confirm, have you tried installing the wheel 180 degrees from your original attempt? The QR2 and pin connections are a one-way design, but USB-C can be installed in two possible directions. It’s possible that you may have installed the base-side “upside down” and therefore be attaching your wheel incorrectly.

  • Hello, if I do this the steering wheel ends up upside down.

  • Seems like its not going fully in. Something preventing it going fully in. I have the same setup.

    Is the spacer installed like this? Probably is. Just in case


  • he show images already before, he qr2 is defected from factory, the metal input is opposite what not allows mount correctly either because off steering wheel design

  • Hello, this is not a connection problem, but a manufacturing problem, you can see it in the first message I made.
