FANATEC keeps selling faulty CSL Brake Load Cell Kits

FANATEC, what are you doing ?
I got my GT DD PRO 5Nm bundle in November, upgraded to 8Nm, got the Maclaren wheel and I just got the CSL Brake Load Cell Kit this week.
I assembled everything, fired my PS5 and GT7 and OH !!! I HAVE NO THROTLE ANY MORE.
Tried all there is to try already. No luck.
I've being a computer engineer for 20+ years and know how to plug 2 cables and to troubleshoot issues.
I am not wasting more time with this, I just want to send my pedals back and get the new ones.
1000+ Euros of products and I cannot even use them...
It's simply bad business what Fanatec is still doing selling non compatible parts....
This is not going unnoticed by the simracing community

I got the load cell kit as well and had to double and triple check i got the cables plugged into the correct input. it's 100% counterintuitive adding the load cell break because you have to plug the cable into an explicitly different spot than where it says "brake"...
random thought, have you had the opportunity to plug it into a pc/laptop and just test the parts?

I did plug it to the computer, but got the same result...
There are MANY cases of people having this issue dating back to January 2022...
Then buy the V3 pedals instead. The load cell sensor usually lasts for at least a couple of months. And they also look better!😁🚗🧻
Ok, fair is fair, I will say I have recovered the faith after a massive dissapointment and frustration.
I managed to reach out to someone at Corsair via Reddit and they expedited the process.
My RMA is now in progress 😎
The way the issue has been dealt with has been impecable so far and my 2 "old" CSL pedals are already en route back to Fanatec.
It seems there was no need to sent the LC pedal as it was still working.
Once they receive the faulty parts they will sendt the replacements.
I will keep updating with every progress
New update: Fanatec has received the parts I sent I have initiated the process to send a replacement.
There was some confusion initially as to what to send and what not to send, but all has been cleared out, also thanks to the Corsair representative helping on Reddit.

Confusion on my end came fromt seeing in the 2 forum threads I shared at the top of this thread, in most of the cases, both the CSL pedals and the Load Cell kit were returned, and a CSL LC Pedals bundle was sent as replacement.
I was confused with why I had been asked to send back only the CSL pedals.
I hope and pray that these new CSL pedals work properly with my brand new LC brake kit and I can continue enjoying these fantastic products.
Last update: Replacement CSL pedals were sent the 20th and I just got them today, the 24th!
I plugged them first via Load Cell USB to the PC and they were working perfectly.
Switched to RJ12 and connected to PS5 via base, and everything is working smoothly on GT7 ☺️
It was an unfortunate thing what happened, but in the end the problem has been solved within an acceptable timeframe, and with the provided solution. Reported this on March 8th, and today the 24th everything is working.
Time to enjoy ! 😎🏎️
