Despite all items being in stock at the time of ordering (24/11, order number 1827XXX), the wheel I purchased got set to pre-order after the order was placed (first estimate 15/12) and now will apparently arrive at the end of December. Will be very surprised to see the order before the end of Jan at this rate. Pretty disappointed, to say the least.
Can agree with a lot of others; I doubt I'll be making many purchases with Fanatec in the future...
Was a shame to watch it tick over midnight, wasn't even marked at available for 5 minutes.
Fingers crossed that it means that allocation was exhausted with the outstanding orders.
Times like this is when fanatec would make a killing if they allowed order amendments, I'd happily pay extra to swap for a different bundle to get it sooner
There is more to this delay than Fanatec is letting on. Strolling through the website today the CSL DD 5NM and CSL DD 8NM R2R bundles as well as the V1 wheel are now marked as sold out. This is a change from earlier this morning. I cancelled my order this morning, because between the email and the post today, something seemed off. Now I just hope my refund comes in.
I recently received the F1 2023 wheels I ordered on Black Friday. You can see that Black Friday orders are being processed. However, I haven't received the clubsport DD and QR2 that I ordered on October 16th. It seems that people who ordered after me have already received it. I ordered FANATEC's new product early because I wanted to try it as soon as possible, but this is terrible. Can I check the status of my order? Could you please tell me when the delivery date will be?
I'm 99.9% sure fanatec sold alot more csl dd 5nm then what they had in stock and now waiting for new stock...the reason I believe this is because my order is as follows:
Wrc wheel- almost 1kg
Shifter-4 kg
Handbrake- 1.5kg
Pedals- 3.5kg
Csl dd- 6kg
My tracking number shows 3 parcels with a total of 10.3kg wich is the weight of everything without the base wich is also the only product without serial number on my orders page. Since the 22nd of October that my order is sitting in their warehouse...
Just to keep people update in the us. Order on 11/25 shipped 11/27. Just got FedEx notification FedEx has picked up the package and will be delivered next week. Its coming!!!!!
HA! You gotta be kidding me. I placed the order Thanksgiving week but it wasn't processed until Nov 27th (order number 1855755). I am being patient nonetheless but this is ridiculous. For a US order, you guys couldn't get your logistics sorted out when I literally bought upgrade kits for the CSL pedals from aliexpress AFTER i placed this order... not only did they ship it before y'all but they gave me a tracking number within the second day and it just got delivered today... For a big company, this should be way better.

Really, nothing else in the order? Well this probably means that this is the "update" some of us are going to receive regarding the V2.5x orders, probably they do not have stock and it will take a long time to fulfill all of the v2.5x orders, so they are pushing the "mistake on BF" mail to us.
I don't get it. In their email, they talk about a pricing mistake. But if you only ordered the V2.5X and paid the 200€ + shipping, this wasn't a pricing mistake, as it was their announced BF deal. The only two reasons to cancel an order from their side, that I know of, is 1. a pricing mistake or 2. you don't pay for it.
My order (1823360 - within EU) placed on November 23rd is still on "completely shipped" and it has been for 3 weeks now. I'm getting slightly concerned because according to your Update 2 it should have been processed a while ago, but i stil didnt receive any notifications on shipping. At the time of ordering, all selected items were in stock.
I would love to get a little bit more information on the status of my order, or at least a small confirmation that everything is fine.
Another thing I don't get is how they process the orders. I'm also from Germany and ordered the V2.5X, QR2 Pro, and CS DD on the 25th around noon and got the confirmation and receipt on the same day in the evening. You ordered on the 24th and got it on the 27th...

so, if it is gonna take weeks, or over a month of processing and actual delivery. will you also alter the date of the warranty ?
otherwise the customer is a month or 6 weeks short of warranty, Its not the customers fault its taking so long , right?

Since 1st of December it shows on UPS Label created but nothing more. What is the status? How long it can takes or was it lost?

There is no pricing mistake when some customers already receive same order for the same price
That's it because they marketed the price as a BF deal. Therefore, I don't get the reason behind it.
