You can start by uploading your log files and to have a look at your profiles if there is one which is saved with APM="0" which lets the Lab crash as mentioned 3 posts earlier.
Go to C:\Users\Public\FanaLab Logs and select of the files included there and zip them into a zip-archive, then upload them here.
Also open the Windows Event Viewer, select "Windows Protocols" and select "Applications" and select all entries with a red exclamation mark which are FanaLab related and save them and upload them here as another zip-archive.
APM = Advanced Paddle Module (or as mentioned, every clutch-paddle-only-wheel is also meant by this APM attribute).
And yes, you have to do that for every profile which you have saved with FanaLab 2.01.18 as that version has incorrectly saved this "0" attribute into the pws files.
If you use my profiles, I will release a hotfix version shortly.
Here is a Hotfix release of my latest profile pack where I have fixed the APM="0" Bug which FanaLab v2.01.18 introduced to profiles which were saved with that version which resulted in the Lab crashing when one of the profiles gets loaded.
FanaLab v2.01.19 fixes the issue but affected profiles unfortunately could not be fixed by the Lab as the Lab can not know if the profile originally was created with APM yes or no.
If you have created profiles with v2.01.18 on your own and you want to fix your profiles then you simply need to open the pws file which lets the Lab crash (so basically every profile which you might have saved in the past days with FanaLab v2.01.18) and then change the APM="0" attribute to either APM="True" or APM="False" depending on if you use a APM or not (or if your wheel has Clutch Paddles like the McLaren GT3 or BMW M4 GT3 as the APM="True" attribute is also valid for the Clutch-Paddle-only-wheels).
As all my profiles are saved with an APM attached to my wheel, I have changed the attribute from "0" to "True" for the affected profiles (btw 4 profiles were affected by this).
So when you use these new profiles, then the Lab should no longer crash.
this week i made al the new profiles from your last profile pack with cs dd+ do i need something to change or when i load the new profilecarslist en copy them in the xml folder is it then oke?
So I just updated from 2.01.18 to .19 and every time i try to load a profile fanalabs just closes. tried repairing it, nothing. it shows all my profiles and equipment. But will not work. Had to downgrade. Any Ideas maurice? Oh i see its the APM bug huh? will there be a fix for this or do i need to manually adjust ALL my profiles? PS on DD1
maybe a stupid question but when i go to fanalab and for example go to the acc tap en click on the car icon than i get a lot of cars how i load them for the game are that your profiles?
There wont be a fix as it is not possible to fix the affected profiles automatically with a converter as FanaLab cant know if the profile was saved with APM yes or no as explained several times already. Affected profiles need to be repaired by the users.
It is unfortunate, but should not affect too many profiles as the bug was quickly found and fixed and so it only affects profiles which were saved with FanaLab 2.01.18, so only profiles which were saved within the last 4 days since Thursday.
as always, thank you very Marcel, the Dev team for the Fanalab and @Maurice Böschen for the aweseome profiles :D I wonder how many people download this without saying thanks 😂It makes a world of a difference for immersion to have the LEDs perfect.
One of my favorites lol. But good thing you don't because going back to the replay and slowing it down to see when a light goes on is a pain in there because you cannot get the HUD to show while in a replay and not every car has RPM on their dash. So I just use percents and start with a number and and keep saying okay way to early, late, okay a little late or early till I get it about right lol
I would like to add my appreciation to Maurice for his dedication and hard work, both in the forum and with his Fanalab program and profiles, having done my own profiles just for all the cars in Assetto Corsa sometime ago I know how time consuming it is.

Thx but not needed, issue needs to be fixed by yourself. See my reply with the link to how you need to fix this on your own.
Thx.
Looks like it is the APM="0" Bug where I explained how to fix this here: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/comment/109803/#Comment_109803
Unfortunately you need to do this on your own, not possible for the Lab with a converter to fix this automatically.
I do that with every carprofile i have?
and what is APM do i have that?
Thank you
it works
i just show that for the new audi the ff strength is at 90, what shall i use for dd1?

I would suggest that you watch this very great video which explains how CDALP works:
a thanks
Ahhh thank you sir. I will change it to TRUE as I have the APM. It was only 5 profiles so it’s not much of a hassle. Appreciate the help :)
