as an adult I understand that my attitude towards this situation is how I get through it. I can look at it from a positive and hopeful perspective and draw from my previous good experiences with the company to trust and know I’ve put my money into a worth while product.
or I can look at it from the perspective that I’ve just been ripped off and there is someone to blame and burn for it. That seems pretty harsh and negative to me and I don’t care to teach my daughter that this is the correct way to look at challenging times.

Hi james/fanatec I ordered this on 18th Dec 2023 and the dd1 qr2 was supposed to be available on 27th Dec, and on 8th Jan it had been handed over to warehouse. but the problem is 5 days later I get an email that there is a bug in your system and no new date ond the dd1 qr2 now I don't need pedals anymore and bas, I would like you to help me with a refund via paypal as it is a bug in your system and I cannot cancel on my side.
I love all these cancelled orders because when this all clears up there will be DD+ on the shelf ready to go and then I'll buy one mid summer as I had always planned to

Today I had to cancel my dd+ order. It was just too much money for me to be “hanging” for me. I’m so sad. Hope my money’s back on my account soon… 😢

Expect it from march onward.
The original post on the 19th January stated that Fanatec did not anticipate approval within the next two weeks.
Why would they issue an update before the 2nd February?
They said we will get an update in February & they will update us. If it’s good news or not that’s the question.
5th of February is beginning of the 1st business week of February. Don’t expect anything till prob end of that week at earliest
