DD Extreme Wheel - OLED Brightness

Got my DD Extreme today and have been loving the drive with the wheel.
I can't for the life of me get the OLED to be visible though. It's so dark. I couldn't find any settings in the menu or in Fanlab for the OLED brightness, am I missing something obvious?
I couldn't find a user manual for the wheel either. There was a link in the quick guide, but it doesn't work.
Has anyone else experienced this or have I received a faulty wheel?

Picture would certainly help.
It's darker than P DD and BME OLEDs, yes, but should still be bright enough to read.. If not then it's most likely broken.
I'm guessing broken then. This is it in the "setup" menu and this was me lowering the glare from the other LEDs to try to see it. You can see the setup menu if you zoom in.
I've raised a support ticket as there doesn't seem to be a lot of guidance with this wheel.
Yeah that's a broken OLED for sure.
Bummer. Hopefully won't take too long for them to put right then. I would like to think that they will send the replacement in advance so that I can use the setup prior to returning the faulty one?
They never ship something in advance, no.
I have the same issue. The left part is barely visible and the right side is invisible, even in complete darkness. I can adjust settings by looking very close and in darkness but that's all. Would you know, by any chance, if we can get the wheel replaced without sending back the DD+ which works? We bought another wheel that should arrive next week, so sending both wouldn't be great.
I am also having this problem. Although it was working fine for about a month, then one day the OLED was dim on the left and right side. Two days later and the OLED is no longer visible at all. I want to RMA it but have heard I will be responsible for shipping since I am in Canada.
Just feeding back on this. I'm guessing it's no surprise but the customer service on this was absolutely abhorrent. It took a minimum of 4 weeks between replies over a span of 3 months to get an RMA agreed. Once it was agreed I was then sent some postage information and asked if I had any queries. I asked some queries pending the dispatch to them and I'm genuinely still waiting on a response.
Not being funny. I would rather take the £300 hit on a faulty OLED display (i'm using it in VR and it was a principle issue) than I would risk sending back the unit with it disappearing into the ether.
I would genuinely have more faith in a ransomware demand than I ever would from Fanatec. Buyer beware is the biggest understatement of the year. They will never get another penny from me.
I think the most frustrating thing is that they are so close to being something really special. If they put half the effort into their warehouse, customer service and quality control as they did their socials and advertising they would be absolutely on top. It's scandalous the PR I'm seeing on socials louring unsuspecting victims... yes, victims.... into this complete sh*t show. If you are one of the lucky ones that have some good kit from them (I've only been burned this time, although my 1.5v shifter took some tweaking) then count yourself lucky.
