I Wrote to support last week and they informed me that the container with my order is delayed until 11/3, for now nothing has changed, what part of Europe did you buy from?
I place my order the 26 february and i still wait for the DD+ and a QR2, Someone can give me some updates because i contact by email and all i have its automatic reply.
I suggest you to write a comment on a post on the fanatec page in facebook, and request information indicating the order number. I have written to them via email and also on facebook. from my emails I have only received automatic replies, but through facebook they answered me. I have been waiting since 26/12 without any news…
We should all increase the pressure by answering directly to their posts on Facebook/Instagram so that the public is getting aware of what is happening. They are forced to take this seriously then!
You guys should try to kindly contact the support. Just my personal advice. I doubt that Social Media Channels are somewhat useful for opening support tickets.
How sad is that you have to call them out publicly on social media and then they sort you out ?
I pre-ordered the DD+ at the beginning of January hoping I would get it as soon as it's available but instead, people are getting their bundles that was released a week ago, are you kidding me?!
We all know that you have the DD+, the QR2 and the F1 wheel in separate boxes so you can't even argue that "but it's comes all together".

I did the same yesterday without your successl...I think it's just a roulette, or worse, they reply to people they can / want to manage the order. For example: mine has a lot of stuffs and some of them have gone sold out during the waiting period of the preorder so now they can't process it. It's ridicoulus they immediately take your money without reserving available stuffs of your order waiting the others in 2024...but I'm almost sure this is the situation...
I have already asked them to cancel mine and give me back the voucher because I think their voucher is an unique code associated to an user.....and maybe also the reason of the death of my order?! I'm starting to think they will try to stress people who ordered with it to push them cancel and loose their right.

I contacted support on the 13th of Feb. Still haven't heard anything.
I don't use any of the social media channels they're on.
You can ignore support requests but you can't ignore the crowd with waving torch. It is that simple.
Before social media of course I contact the support with no answer of my last emails.
But on youtube they answered me to indicate march 11th.
Fanatec is zero on communication with their customers. Send an email to update the status of an order is not difficult...

I recommend the classic e-mail contact asking about shipping and order number.
Yesterday I wrote and got a reply after an hour.
Today I am notified that the parcel has been shipped.

Feedback came within one hour. Today morning I received email with shipping notification and my status changed.
