I have a dd1. In iracing how do you know what strength to set in game? Also, where do you select max force which is the first number? I see wheel force in game which is the option under strength.
I downloaded the DD1 profiles and really appreciate it but have a question regarding how to make the file changes described in the txt file. I am totally new to this and don't understand where or how to make the changes outlined.
You can extract the files to anywhere on your PC, then you go to the Game Profile tab in FanaLabs, and hit Import. Select the profile, hit Load and Save so it'll make a copy of that profile into the folder that FanaLabs reads from. And that's it.
Ok quickly switched back to the current public version and made profiles for DD1 and DD2 of the two new Cars Dallara iR-01 and Lambo Huracan GT3 EVO :)
New profile for the new (Fanatec) BMW M4 GT3 in iRacing :)
Very unfortunately iRacing decided to use different RPM ranges per gear once again so theLEDs will only match for N and Gear 1 and then unfortunately wont match with the in game LEDs anymore - nothing we can do to get them matching in higher gears.. :(
BTW, will fanatec work with iracing to solve this problem? Or iracing already known this problem?? , i afraid that fanalab rev LED function become useless in iracing..
It's not an issue in particular. It's more a feature of iRacing which needs a BIG code overhaul to implement in Fanalab which is no easy task at all I was told. It's planned to add this offset feature per gear to Fanalab at some point but as said it takes huuuuge development time and effort and unfortunately is nothing to implement very soon... :(

There is no need to convert from DD2 to DD1 anymore as Maurice has released profiles specifically for the DD1 in this thread

There is a txt file in the iRacing folder in the files linked above with instructions on how and where to make the changes for the Max Force settings.
Hi
I made some settings for the LEDs on my formula v2 steering wheel, for Assetto corsa
there are the base game cars and some car mods
I have a DD2 but the tuning menu settings are the recommended settings in fanalab.
my Led settings are not perfect, it's a long job ...
enjoy it
and if in doubt, flat out
Thanks for sharing.
Hi. Can I use those settings for leds on my csw2.5 inf1 2020?
Thanks

Yes.
Use notepad make those changes in app.ini file that you can find in Documents\iRacing folder.
Sweet. Thanks again for all the help man. 😎
Thanks.
I only used once those type of files, can you remind me where to copy/extract the zip please?
Thanks again.😉

Hello Maurice, I'm wondering if you tried out the new Dallara iR-01 iracing car yet? Hoping you make a profile for it in Fanalab :)

Hey guys,
Anyone has any cars profiles that we can test through fanalab for Race Room? 😇
I know there are a gazillion cars available compared to ACC but whatever any one has would be very help full. 😁
Does anyone have any car profiles that we can test via fanalab for Race Room?
i am looking too
@Maurice:
When I have the low torque set, I have no ffb. But with high torque it is to much and I m scared drive close to limit near walls.
Do you have profiles for low torque?
Would be nice :)

Hello Maurice Böschen,
I own the DD1.
When I compare the two pws files (DD1 and DD2) for the BMW M4 GT3 both have 65 / 15nm ...
What should I do ? leave it like that or put 81/12 nm
65X1.25 = 81/15 / 1.25 = 12
Thank you for enlightening me my friend and thank you again for your work;)
Have a good day.
Leave it, that's the whole reason I Split now into dd1 and dd2 profiles so you dont have to do anything.
if we have to decrease the FFB, better to do it on Iracing or on DD1 ?!
DD1 is easier.
ok ty Maurice
Hey Maurice, iRacing recently updated the FFB on the iR-01. Now your profile feels much weaker. Any update for it?
