I feel you but things are not that easy. There are hundreds of possible hardware combinations let alone the million additional possibilities with different Windows version or PC hardware our products are used. We'll take a look and the more information we get the easier it will be to hunt the issue down and fix it.
No tuning menu for me as well. DD1 PS4 version with the F1 wheel. I have noticed that Fanalab shows a Device mismatch message every time when trying to load a profile. "Wheel Base doesn't match, Continue?"
I can use the wheel even with this warning message after clicking "Yes" there is just no way to set it up through Fanalab.
It didn't work for me either, the same problem as for everyone else. Have read here if the firmware is Aktuallisiert. That hjabe I did and lo and behold it is all displayed
Is this an appropriate place for a Fanalab feature requests?
If so, can we please get a way to capture and export a graph/trace of the FFB forces that the wheelbase experiences? Similar to how the Podium wheel base can display the forces graph, live, but instead have Fanalab capture the play session so you can look at it later.
This could be very useful to detect clipping situations, as well as to see if you're utilizing the full dynamic range of the wheel base.
ANY DD1/2 is ps4 compatible with a ps4 compatible wheel as far as i know. I don't have a compatible wheel attached, but i did have one connected a year ago which let me chose the ps4 mode.
........................ no. There is no PS4 compatible wheel. For Playstation its the BASE which defines if something is working on Playstation or not. The wheel is the part which is completely irrelevant, EVERY wheel will work on Playstation when attached to a Playstation compatible Base!
And when you can switch into PS mode then you actually DO have a PS4 compatible DD1 Base - so mystery solved, everyone affected with the Tuning Menu issue has a DD1 PS4 which is great news as this will give the devs a clear hint to where to look for the issue.
Just extract the zip files and import the profiles directly in FFanaLab where you can also select what settings you want to import from the profile (so maybe only Tuning Menu FFB settings or LEDs only etc.)
Michael, either you have the DD1 with plain black aluminium side panels or the PS4 version with blue highlights in the carbon panels, it's really not difficult to see the differences between those two units. Did yours come with the blue Formula V2?

The ones with missing Tuning Menu: you have a regular DD1 or the DD1 PS4 version?
I have ps4 version.
Just checked with another guy having the ps4 version. Same problem with no tuning available. So I think you found the problem :)
ps4 version, no tuning menu
This is is my usual for new drivers: never had problems before this one.
Removed old drivers, removed fanalab.
rebooted
Install driver 410, reboot
updated all firmwares
Reboot
Install Fanalab
Reboot.
Everything works, except I lost some of my previous Fanalabs settings, but not a big thing.
The only thing that does not work , is no tuning menu.
I have PS4 DD1 with F1 wheel, also 911 with endurance module. wheel have no effect if tuning menu is there or not.
Regular..
...
same problem here. base DD1 wheel bmw gt2
Should DD1 users wait to upgrade to new driver 410 and Fanalab versions until further investigation of this issue?
Fanatec DD1 REGULAR version
Fanatec Porsche Podium Wheel with BME

Thanks, good to know then it should be a quick fix.
To everyone regarding the Tuning Menu not shown.
Did you all update the firmware as well after installing driver 410?
Is the Tuning Menu working fine in the driver UI?
Sounds like its only happening with the PS4 version of the P DD, we'll check
Regular DD1 or the Playstation compatible DD1 with blue Carbon plates?
100% sure about that? Not by any Chance a PS4 compatible DD1 with the blue Carbon side plates?!

same problem.base v2,with formula v2.base and wheel not detected.pedals v3 correctly detected.driver version 409.
Hi Marcel
Yes all firmware up to date
tuning menu in the driver UI is perfect
you can also adjust profile settings through driver UI and it saves to fanalab fine, it just won’t show on fanalab tuning menu.
I also have the DD1 PS4 version with clubsport V2 wheel
It didn't work for me either, the same problem as for everyone else. Have read here if the firmware is Aktuallisiert. That hjabe I did and lo and behold it is all displayed
I just took an extra look at the base in front of me.. :)
I can confirm that it is NOT a ps4 version with blue plates. It's a reqular DD1. Serial #77.. However it IS ps4 compatible.
What an answer, lol.. Is it now the PS4 compatible Base or not????
Is this an appropriate place for a Fanalab feature requests?

ps4 version! everything works correctly except tuning menu

hey marcel,
I can see that youve put some zip files in here for what look like in game profiles for certain sims
How do I install these (first time using a fanatec system)
Thanks
I was the one, not Marcel ;-)

yes,yes and yes, ps4 dd1.
Regards
André
My DD1 was preordered, built and delivered even before the PS4 compatible base was announced.. So you do the math..

Not blue. Not PS4. Not difficult.
