Gran Turismo DD Pro (5Nm) Issue - Waiting for tech support
Good evening all,
unfortunately my CLS DD steering wheelbase no longer turns on after only three days of using. I tried to connect the power supply to different sockets, but the ignition light permanently remains off. The light on the power supply simply doesn't turn on. So, I believe that the power supply is faulty. Before the problem I updated drivers and firmware to the latest released.
I opened a ticket with the tech support but, after five days, I haven’t received any reply yet. I also tried the live chat, and it was impossible to connect with a Fanatec agent. I am pretty much disappointing right now, considering the impossibility to connect by any means with Fanatec. Tomorrow and Monday are holiday in Germany, so I believe I won’t get assistance at least since Tuesday.
Forgive me for the outburst but it is quite frustrating to ask for support and get no response at all.

Hurry up and wait, unfortunately. Fanatec are completely overwhelmed with support requests, and have been for the past few months. For whatever it's worth, know that you are not alone in your frustration.
Same here, having an issue with my pedals not being recognized by the base due to failed sauter joints at rj12 connector on the control board. Its been over a week now since i sent a request and no response yet.... frustrating doesnt begin to sum it up when you spend almost 2k dollars for a paper weight, not to mention ive only had the wheel for acouple weeks. Starting to regret not going with the thrustmaster...
I have the same issue with the pedals. I reported my issue last wednesday and also not heard anything. I'll be chasing the payment processing company to claim my money back!
Yeah i might do the same here as well if they dont get back by next week.

Same Problem with my DDpro Wheel Base(Updated) and F1 Esports V2. It works on CSL Elite Wheel Base +. A Friend updated the F1 Esports V2 Wheel with that base but still not working with the DDpro base!
I don’t how to feel about all these complains. Feeling “not alone” in that it’s kind of comforting and discomforting at the same time. Considering that my problem is related with the power supply, maybe I’ll be forced to buy the boost kit 8Nm. It makes me sick seeing my Fanatec there, after desiring it for long time, complete left unused.
I've finally received a reply from Fanatec support, and theyre going to arrange for the RMA. So just waiting for that.
Will see how long that takes to be sent.

I sent my request late on 6th April, received a reply on 17th April; and that was to say that they'll instigate RMA. The payment processor has now contacted Fanatec (Endor)
I've now received the RMA, and the item will be collected tomorrow; to be repaired at a service centre here in the UK so thats re-assuring that its staying in the UK and not going back to Germany.
My claim via the payment processing is still open, and I'll keep it open until the matter is resolved to my satisfaction
I'll update when things have reached the next steps.

Unfortunately, after 10 days still I haven't received any assistance yet. Yesterday I was lucky enough to get in touch with the live chat. The operater simply told me that my ticket is on progress and that the onlything he could have done was sendind a reaminder to the tech support. It's starting to be really annoying.
my Gt dd stopped working after 4 weeks as well. No power. Made a ticket, waiting 2 weeks now and still no answer, the only thing they say in the livechat is, benpatient. What a service.
After 14 days of waiting, I finally got an answer (without a solution!).
They asked me to provide a video "proving" the issue. I sent immediately the video, although the problem is basically self-explanatory. I'll wait now, again.
I made the video immediately en sended it with the e-mail. But no answer still.. its almost 20days now waiting without an answer.
20 days! So I'm lucky considering that I've been waiting for "only" for 16 days...
Yeah insane. They just don’t respond. I realy really don’t know what to do anymore. Tried it via paypal as well yesterday. Cause it’s not normal. When you go via live chat, the only thing they say, it’s busy, have patience. Like really dude, 21 days for answering an email. How long takes it to answer? 2minutes. Really hopeless at this point.
I can finally adjourn my waiting period to 22 day (still without a solution)
