Hello
fanalab has not stopped working in the last few days
the logo is only displayed for a few seconds.
REINSTALLATION CANNOT HELP, OR ON A FRESH WINDOWS INSTALLATION.
my question is anyone working on solving the problem?

You should try out the newest FanaLab version 1.64.5 which fixes quite a few Crash issues.

I CANNOT INSTALL THIS VERSION OF FANALAP
Because you screwed up your base which might be bricked now because you downgraded the Driver without updating everything properly.
Try driver 443 and see if you can recover your base. Otherwise contact the support.
And btw, the driver you are using atm is not compatible with the current Fanalab version.
CAN I FIX IT SOMEONE?
As I said, Try driver 443 and see if you can recover your base. Otherwise contact the support.
my database is visible - I can't just upload the software
What is a database?!
Uninstall Driver 439. Install Driver 443. Restart the PC. Open the Fanatec Control Panel. Update the Firmwares and hope that recovers your base. If not, you bricked it by interrupting the update process and downgrading the driver and you need to contact the support.
I was able to update to version 443
but one thing bothers me
And why does it bother you? That's a new feature if Driver 443 to get bricked BMEs back to life. You dont have a BME so ignore it. This would also be shown as a pop-up message when you click on the button if you are curious.
I wonder what it is
when I have a wheel for so much money, I would like everything to be in order :(
Well good news then, Everything is in order.
please help me one more thing
how to safely restore my database to the official driver?
439
in what order what should i do?
WHY do you want to downgrade?!
Dont do it. Stay on 443.
When you really HAVE TO downgrade, then do it with the downgrade function of Driver 443 in the Firmware Manager. Do NOT downgrade anything on your own or you risk to brick you base (again).
