Why did you downgraded the Driver back to 439 before finishing all the updates?! Fan running on 100% when updating the motor but not the base is absolutely normal and also explained in the update pop-ups.
Do NOT downgrade the driver to an older version in this Situation when you dont updated both the motor and the base, this can lead to serious issues like you have now!!!
Download Driver 443 which you can find in the first post and update anything, then you should be good (if downgrading to 439 was not already a mistake, which it definitely was, question now is just how serious that mistake was).
ITM on my PBME doesnt work for me since 2-3 weeks (happened also on 1.64). It looks like this: before i get in game i choose some ITM blabla and it looks ok. Once I run the game - it just goes black with text "legacy" then it gets to display only gears. However I have just noticed that refreshing "Active Devices" fixes this for some time. If I get it to work and run a game - it goes legacy. If i refresh devices in-game then it works (atleast for one lap cause i havent tested for longer period). Btw I have newest drivers (even the one that was removed).
Maurice leds are fcked up atleast for BMW m4 gt3 in ACC in your new profiles. I get like only left two displayed before i hit revlimit.
We will have a look, this sounds like a firmware issue we already have on the radar. While testing what you've described I've noticed that the wording in the driver UI for the google is not optimal, we'll improve it in a future version because to set a "Disable RevStripe" option to OFF to enable the LEDs might be logically correct but not the most intuitive to read.
Nope, yellow stars on both dd1 and PBME is set to something else. There is no little ITM page on the screen and the button combination doesnt work. Sometimes when i press that right funky switch DOWN few times without TUNING button it shows something like FW v21 blabla. In game like i said it shows 1..2..3.. gears etc. Also sometimes something like letters PP (in pit) or sometimes different ones.
If i select it in fanalab it doesnt do anything. Like I said i have to refresh active devices to make it work.
This sounds like a hardware issue as it means that at some point for a fraction of a second the connection between the Hub and the BME was lost which results in the BME not being detected by FanaLab anymore but only the Hub, therefore it defaults back to Legacy 7-Seg-Display style and siables ITM. I would suggest to contact the support to get the BME and Hub analysed and repaired / replaced.
hi guys ! i own a dd pro gt 8nm and i play on ps5 with a formula esports v2. I play f1 22. is there anyway that i can change the led color of my steering wheel? And how i can put the gear showing on the display ?
Another thing that i notice was that the drs when actived doesn t turn on any led on the wheel.

What did you do to get it working?
I would say installing to correct Driver... ;)
This is because you have NOT the latest driver.
As you can read in the first post, directly below the Download, you HAVE TO use Driver 443 to get this version running, but you are on 439...
The correct version 443 is also directly linked in that post :)
I need my reading glasses polished! thanks :)

And btw, this is the FanaLab thread ;)
I have the same problem 🙄
Not a problem, that's normal and I explained in detail why that's the case
Just read it 😅 Sry 🙈
Thanks Maurice,
maybe someday there will be a solution for this.
Two things:
you need driver v442. you currently have driver v439 installed....
Is anybody else not getting Fanalab to work with F1 22? Everything is uptodate.
Working fine for me.
You clicked the two green buttons in the game profile Tab in Fanalab to Enable Telemetry and Enable Fanalab support?
Yes mate but still doesn't pull anything through
Please post a picture if the in game Telemetry settings.
I will next time I'm on.

Which base do you connect it to? For me the CSP V3 are shown also when connected via RJ12 to the CSL DD for example.
Are the pedals correctly detected by the driver Control Panel and working normally?
Are the pedal vibration options available in FanaLab or not when the picture is not shown?
Install driver 443 linked in the first post of this discussion and then run the update process.
Could it be that the legacy page set as the favorite by the yellow star icon on the ITM page?
When the Legacy page is shown, is there a little ITM page on the screen or not?
Are you able to use the button combination to navigate to an ITM page again or select the screen wanted in FanaLab?
Hi Marcel,
the V3 pedals, the shifter and the handbrake are connected to a DD1.
the pedals are correctly detected by the driver Control Panel and working normally.
and the pedal vibration options are available in FanaLab.

FanaLab is a PC exclusive Tool, changes made there do not apply on console. It's impossible to change the LEDs or the Display for Playstation use.
Until Fanatec decide to develop an app for the PS platform which is entirely feasible. Whether Fanatec are ever inclined to do so is another matter.
That's not planned.
And I am not even sure if it would even be possible to have an app running in the background to gather live Telemetry data from another running app.
I dont know of any such Software for a console.
yeah thats a pity . i can live with this default led x) ! the only thing that i miss is the drs led !
