Hi, I ordered ready2race bundle on 11th of September. I'm in the same situation like others, still no tracking number, no email but status is 'Completed shipped'. What a joke... But the thing is I'll be abroad for 1 month from 24.09.23 and even if you send my package, I won't be able to get it. So I want to refund, it's simple as is but unfortunately it's not possible to refund from your website, because you updated status as 'Completely shipped' for a not shipped product. Please help me with refunding my order. This is not acceptable.
