REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Hi, I ordered ready2race bundle on 11th of September. I'm in the same situation like others, still no tracking number, no email but status is 'Completed shipped'. What a joke... But the thing is I'll be abroad for 1 month from 24.09.23 and even if you send my package, I won't be able to get it. So I want to refund, it's simple as is but unfortunately it's not possible to refund from your website, because you updated status as 'Completely shipped' for a not shipped product. Please help me with refunding my order. This is not acceptable.

welcome, I tryed to cancel it too and....they sent me the order after 15 days, finaly, I recive a pacakge with missing parts... and now impossible contact with fanatec...
the most horrible shopping experience of my life...
and no I go to be crazy trying to solve the issue...

Unbelivable that a such famous brand face this stupid pribkems... If they nit solve these shipping orders issue they'll face big problems in future

You can't ask for calm when there are people asking for returns and fanatec changes the status of the website to 'completely sent' so you can't cancel

Of course they say sorry, what else can they say? As a customer I don't care about warehouse, shipping partner or whatever it is. The company should care about it, not customers. And I can only rely on the informations that they have on their website and it is 'Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days.' They should have warned customers about delays before getting and processing orders. I wouldn't order if I knew it.
It redirects me to the Italian website, but I assume they are more or less the same. Google "UPS tracking package" and on the home page look for "Tracking by reference number" on the right.
Set the invoice number as “Shipping Reference”, leave the sender account blank. Set a reasonable range for your package (for example, from the day you placed the order to today). Enter your destination country and ZIP, and if they registered the shipment it will appear.

well, when i looked then some products was not even warehouse yet before 11 September, so it could be some technical error from they warehouse and staff
if you have 100000 messages a day where is my delivery , its kind off hard read and response all off them

This is not a solution, it'll appear only if they send the package. What I want is to refund.
If they sent your package until it arrives, they will not give you a solution. However, if they have not sent it, they will be able to do it faster for you. If not, you will have to wait for it to arrive and then return it.
Instead of thinking like that maybe you can advice them for being more transparent to their customers as it should be.

First, you should ask for why are they receiving 100000 messages? Let me try to explain it one more time if it's not clear you.
What I'm saying that they should've informed customers about the situation before accepting the order. Right now I cannot get my money back, I won't be able to get the product that I've paid for it.

There is no option on the website to refund because they marked the status as 'Completely shipped' eventhough it's not shipped.
you tell you ordered that at 11 September,for MY country it take 5 days for delivery that package after when UPS get package , Saturday and Sunday there is no delivery days.
are you even bother look UPS page, maybe its already come tomorrow , but you still have right to send it back if you not want
also as far i know if UPS is not able delivery that for you, they will send self that back and you get your refund
I'm checking UPS page like maybe 50 times in a day. Yes I know that but to prevent something like lost package or something like that I don't even want them to ship.
i not know about your country, but in our county UPS personally contact user before delivery
also as far i know you can change delivery address self aswell
It's not about changing delivery address why don't you get it? What I'm trying to tell is I just want to refund it, it's simple as that. But because of the company mistakes, it's not possible.
