ups never send me tracking number, so i think there is some miss text type at there, ups send me with old logistic partner the delivery date when it was happening, but currently even that seems may not work
I ordered on 28th and today I don’t even get the tracking number but anyway they don’t respond to the phone or emails. I paid 100 eur for ups delivery and this is the most annoying. Paid so much just to get ignored and get lying information about “ wait until 5 business days”.

Looks like things are beginning to move. I’m in the UK too and ordered on 13th Sept - items went to ‘completely shipped” on 20th and got UPS tracking yesterday (plus import fees! 🤬) . Anyway all should be out for delivery tomorrow! 😎
Quick update on my order, one part of it (I presume the Load Cell) part of the order as it was 2.2kg and the other package is 13kg, has now been returned to sender.
So it looks like my problems are only just beginning, when I thought they were finally getting sorted out and I might receive a wheel/load cell this week or very latest next week.
The only reason I am holding out for this is for the PS5 compatibility, otherwise I would have just gone with Moza at this point. It's a similar price point and I can get one by the end of the week.
06/10 fanatec acknowledges on their FAQ that there were orders that got returned to then due to lack of docs and that they expect affected customers to let them know if we want it resent or refund
Since then i sent about 2 emails, 1 message through contact form and 1 on facebook to ask them to have my order reshipped as its been affected.
On 12/10 i received a reply from customer service saying this
“According to UPS - tracking number 1Z1YRXXXXXXXXXXXX you refused your order and the packages have been returned to us. I can also confirm that they have already arrived at our warehouse. You should expect your refund in the next few days once the receipt of the packages has been confirmed by the warehouse.
If there is anything else I can help you with, feel free to contact me again.
Update from me, I have paid import fees of over £140 for a parcel that never arrived in the UK, so UPS are now having to refund me so that when Fanatec do decide to ship again I can pay the import fees all over again.... it's getting really farcical for me.
Brad, I am in the UK too and have been trying to pin down the import costs but UPS won't give me numbers because they say it can't be calculated until it reaches the UK (which is not true), and I haven't heard back from Fanatec but am not hopeful. Could you tell me if the £140+ you paid was mostly VAT or was it on top of the VAT? If so what it was categorised as please? HMRC say that Customs Import Duty on commodity codes relating to pc and console accessories is 0% so it shouldn't be that.
Well they definitely charged me before it had entered the UK, otherwise I would be receiving some updates and getting a parcel to my door. It was only through contacting UPS that they told me I needed to get a refund as had gone back to Fanatec.
This is a screenshot of part of my receipt for import costs, the breakdown of the charges, doesn't really say much....
My order was around 738 Euros in total, 669 GBP - £141 is around 20% of my order total.
Thanks Brad, I think that helps a fair bit. The government charges are about 20% of £660, so probably VAT and the extra £12 is not a worry. Now all I need to do is work out if I'm prepared to risk the admin nightmare you are dealing with....

I do everything from my pc, the photo is from my pc, in fact I work on my pc, I only use my mobile phone for phone calls

Did your order progress any further, I am at the same stage as you... paid fees yesterday 12th of October, but no movement yet.
you may not get answers from users who get they items. they usually complain allot and when they get item, then silent comes after that

This made me think it had arrived in the UK or was due to. But I have heard nothing else and UPS say not on live chat!

what is very odd because they been at business like from year 2006 now, they should know by now what documents needed included for non EU members
