Even more amazing when you remember that Simhub is developed solely by a single developer as a hobby project. Yet Fanatec still maintain that they are a global leaders in cutting edge technological innovation snd develop faultless products.
For the new GTP cars, yes, otherwise the oscillations due to the low 60Hz FFB and big latency in that game will cause massive oscillations which you can only control with Dynamic Speed Damper.
However, its not important what I use. Its important what you think feels best and what you prefer, more direct FFB with oscillations or a slightly dampened FFB on straights but without oscillations. Thats something everyone needs to decide for himself.
I dont even know if Xbox Game Pass is working, I only know that EA Launcher is working, and of Course Steam...
However, its only plug-and-play for Steam, EA launcher (and maybe Xbox Game Pass) needs to select the correct exe file on the Main Tab by clicking on the Windows icon in the game banner image and then navigate to the correct exe.
You then have to click the two green buttons in the Game Profile Tab to Enable Telemetry and Enable FanaLab Support which will set all the Telemetry settings correct without you having to change anything.
It seems FanaLab somehow did not updated the file which includes the BB Offset values.
As you have more and more issues I would suggest to completely uninstall FanaLab, delete the whole FanaLab folder in AppData and then re-install v1.99.05 completely fresh.
That definitely will fix the BB Offset and maybe also fixes the F1 issue.
Hey guys - had a couple of Fanalab crashes today. I'm not positive, but I believe in both cases they were when I was exiting the car (in iRacing) after a session. So the last one, for example, was just after a race finished, I drove for a minute or so, then parked, then held down my button button to return to the pits (not sure what that's called - it's ESC on the keyboard, and I have it mapped to a button on my PBME). This was right around 5:00pm local, 2300 GMT, to help you find it.
Hello,
first of all, thank you for this great ffb.
I use a dd1. (my first fanatec stuff)
Is it possible to change the ffb of all cars at the same time? or do I have to do everything one by one?
which pedals do you use? I have the v3, is that also included in the settings or do I have to set the rumble motor myself? this is the same with the wheel, the v2.5x.
Hi Maurice, Ive been having a few problems with your iRacing Profiles for about 3 weeks now. When I first installed Fanalabs and your profiles, they were working fine, all the sensitivity was on 360. But one day I loaded up Fanalab all the sensitivity on the profiles changed to 1080. Ive Reinstalled Fanalabs and Your Profiles as well as every Fanatec software and nothing has happened. All my apps, drivers and firmware are update to date. Im confused on this because your profiles are really nice but I cant use them because when I load a profile and go into iRacing it makes my steering sensitivity 1080 which Is not Ideal for GT3s and F4. In iRacing I have my sensitivity set to 360 yet this makes no difference or has no effect to my profiles working properly. Do you know how to fix this?
Comments
I have done this 100times but this time it doesnt show me new cars just old ones... I have try everithing ... but there is no new cars :(
Then please wait for the new FanaLab version, supposed to be released this month.
Until then, manually load the profiles for the new cars.
F1 23 has been supported by SimHub since the beta, and the 2023 format was also added shortly after.
That's why I always wonder why Fanalab takes so long to support something.

Dreamers!
Any ETA on new update? Waiting for new profiles for new iRacing cars.
This month.
Hi guys, in Maurice's profiles (for Iracing), do you enable dynamic FFb or not? thank you very much

296 GT3 yes, FIA F4 no.

Hey,
F1 23 doesn't work for me :( any help?
Fanalab Version 1.99.05 (newest Maurice-Profiles and Car-Lists loaded)
F1 23 Game Pass -Version
Fanalab doesn't recognize that F1 23 is running
And another question: what do i have to set as UDP Telemetry IP ingame?
thx a lot

sorry, i meant the EA Launcher Version.
The correct exe file (f123.exe) is manually selected and the game starts with doubleclick but than fanalab doesn't recognize that the game is running.
sad, but thank you for your quick answer
PS: ACC and iRacing are working fine with fanalab and your profiles
Did you clicked the two green buttons I mentioned?
yes i did
Do you use other Tools like Simhub?
Can you post a Screenshot of the F1 23 Game Profile Tab in FanaLab and the Telemetry settings page in-game?
no, i dont use other tools
Mhm, looks all correct, then I dont know, sorry.
For me with the Steam Version everything is working fine and for the Dev with EA Launcher version its also running fine...
ok thx for your help
Sorry but now i have another question.
I have noticed that in ACC the Brake Bias ingame doesn´t match the Brake Bias on the ITM Display in the Podium Wheelbase.
I have tried this with different Cars/Profiles. Is that normal?
No, that is not normal.

Thank you. Re-Install worked.
For both, ACC BB issue and F1 23 issue?

All my profiles ALWAYS had a SEN value of either AUTO or 1080.
I ONLY use 360 on my F1 profiles but definitely never on iRacing.
So how would I use 360 degrees with your Profiles?
I highly suggest to NOT run SEN 360.
Use 1080 and set the same in the iRacing options. That gives you a 1:1 Rotation with the in-game wheel for a linear steering.
If you want to use 360, just change SEN in the Tuning Menu.
360 In Fanalab not Fanatec Control Panel correct?
