There really is no logic to the order they ship things with.
I ordered exactly the same items in multiple orders on the 22nd November. Some have arrived some not even shipped yet.

By the way.. recent orders have been shipped with multiple items in one bigger box. Although there is Absolutely no packing material used so the boxes inside the big box just move about big time. Nearly there with boxing, but not quite LOL
you pointed out something to me, my order placed exactly on 11/24 at 7.53pm appears on the invoice as ordered on the 27th, although the emails and payment appear on the 24th
Dream on... nothing like that exists - I have to pay the same as everyone else.... I'm in the UK and try to help people not have to worry about customs etc, without scalping. Also I use many of these parts on my own products which i then sell all over the world.
I really do not understand why my package has not been send yet. Even no T&T code, or reference also does not work if I give the country (NL).
Ordered on the 24th, ofcourse when I ordered my stuff, everything was in stock.. Received email on the 27th that it is processed by the warehouse.. no red box, everything seems fine. Still, no UPS.
We really do not have single clue, where all these orders are. C'mon, guys give us some clarity especially you are not keeping your words on the delay. It has been 12 working days..

So many of us are waiting for this f* adaptor an only one con order 30+ pieces... this is another fail by Fanatec, they shoul'd not let order so many pieces on a single account when there is no stock available 🤬
Which part do you mean? When I ordered most things were in stock. The QR2's are the only thing i've ordered thats not in stock and I'm sure they will have loads in the next batch for end of January.
If I have anything you need that i've ordered and is now out of stock please, please let me know as I may be able to supply it to you. I'm not trying to deprive people of anything, far from it i'm trying to help.

For my Canada bros there is light at the end of the tunnel:

"completely shipped" on November 28
Finally got my tracking info last night (december 11) for 2 packages so I'm hoping to god everything's packed in those two
Will provide an update on when it actually starts moving.
but there is hope. They're clearly trying if they're making shipping labels at 11pm their time. I still think they shouldn't have taken in as many orders as they did but as long as I get my stuff in good condition and on time it doesn't bother me.
Also not sure why people are complaining about Fanatec not being transparent, I just combed through my emails and every piece of info i've needed has been sent there and it's been very clear to me from the beginning. they explain the "completely shipped" scenario, they explain the delays, they explain how the website doesn't show tracking on mobile etc.
To me this feels like a case of some kid making a fanatec account using their parents email and cc, so all they can do is look at is the update status on the website which isn't a clear indication of what's happening. Then they come to the forums to complain. Like settle down little jimmy you'll get your toy eventually.

I'm missing the steering wheel, the handbrake and the engine, at least if they give me an expected date I'll be calm.

go to your product page it shows your purchase date, im guessing this is the "completely shipped" date

i paid mine on the 25th as well still got 29th as purchase date if you go to "my products" what date does it say?

Currently I'm still waiting for my order placed on 22 nov.
When I placed the order everything was supposedly in stock
It consists of a dd1 base with the BMW rim and the F1 2023 rim with the advanced cams
My order is still in process and I'm starting to lose patience.
