If you report a driver or firmware issue, please make cross checks:
- Update driver and FW separately to isolate an issue and find out if caused by driver OR firmware.
- Which driver OR firmware shows the issue
- Which driver OR firmware does not show the issue
- Check if you can reproduce the issue again if you go back to the version which seems to have caused the issue
- Check if the issue is related to specific settings of for example the tuning menu. Is it happening more or less with a specific setting raised or lowered?

Known Issues
- We are aware of missed shifts and button inputs on the P DDs and are investigating
- When updating the CS DD base firmware, the wheel might not be detected until performing a restart. This is explained in a pop-up during the update procedure.
- When entering a game menu while driving it can happen in some games that the FFB effect doesn't get canceled which results in the wheel turning to one side. (this got now fixed for the Podium DD but can still happen on the CSL DD. We will apply the fix for the CSL DD as well)
- Natural friction can start to feel weird after some time of driving. In case you experience issues with NFR, we suggest to turn it OFF for now. (this got now fixed for the Podium DD but can still happen on the CSL DD. We will apply the fix for the CSL DD as well)
- Even though the steering input jump which can result in a FFB jolt improved and happens less often, we still reports of the issue and want to investigate for further improvements

@Marcel Maybe remove the lines "We will now apply the fix for the CSL DD as well" These have been on Known Issue list since FW 439 January 2022. The wording implies these issues are ready to be fixed.

Well, the thing is, the issues ARE actually ready to be fixed. We aim to release the fixes very early next year, if not even this year, lets see.
Maurice it's been nearly 3 years already. But OK lets see.
We know that its been this long but we worked hard on these issues especially just recently in the last few weeks and are very confident to be able to finally release these fixes for the CSL DD in the very near future.
What changed/fixed with Podium DD2 new firmware ? Can’t read anything about it other then just a number and NEW

Basically it only fixes handbrake issues in preparation for the Handbrake V2 launch on Monday.
I see. Then I’ll stay on 462 which works fairly good. Had bad experience with 463 and 464 I don’t need cause I don’t have a handbrake.
Hi Maurice did this fix the issue with the oled screen and leds freezing after some time as I reverted back to 455 and waiting for the fix.
For which Wheel? The GT X? No. Other wheels are not known to be freezing.
Having an issue where it will not recognize the steering wheel at all then after a couple minutes it no longer recognizes the base or pedals.
Hi Maurice. Any chance the issue of getting into XBox mode has been resolved? If not waht is the last firmware that worked with XBox mode? Thanks.
Issues not listed in the Changelog as being fixed are not magically fixed, no.
455 is latest driver where the Xbox mode was still working fine with a Formula V2.5 wheel with new chip on CS DD.
Is it the one with fanalab opened? no issue without fanalab
Yes and no. It is still a firmware related issue.

don't have problem as i don't use it. but i saw weird stuff both in 463 and in 464 as well with my dd2
You probably mean the sequential shifter issue and the cursor and view going to one side constantly?
We are on those BMR issues, some of them are already solved and some are in the works. We are pushing to have especially BMR fixes in the next update.
I tried from the forum and website and both downloads worked. What is the exact issue you are facing and where?

for some reason it says “file not found” on the driver website when I click on “Driver” but through the forum link I was able to download it. Why is that?

All settings save except for these 2. Once you power off the wheelbase it resets.
I always have to set up again.

Hello, i just got my Dd+ with f1 steering wheel Bundle yesterday, everything looks good in the beggining but then i noticed after driving when i back to desktop the wheel is going to unolug/plug like crazy every second
if i restart the wheelbase the problem is fixed but only untill i drive and stop again, and the led are always on with F in the display
eveyrthing is updated, I tried to unistall fanalab but still same issues
im only using fanatec control panel atm
im using led’s + display
i read somewhere that can be the issue, how i disable led and display?

Anyone who has those CSL DD issues like FFB not cancelled when entering a game menu or bad side effects of NFR please contact me. We have a firmware export which is supposed to solve it but because those issues are sometimes hard to reliably reproduce it would be great to get feedback from people who have those issues regularly.
