CSL DD not recognized in Software

I tried anything with this software now but it's not recognizing my wheel/wheelbase.
Software shows "No Fanatec Device found!"
I did all the steps listed in the software to try to resolve it. As well I tried completely uninstall and install it again. With several restarts as well. Still nothing.
But the software recognizes when the wheelbase is set to xbox mode.
I already wrote to fanatec support but no response. I even shared the log files with them. It's the second time that this happens. First time it was resolved with a driver repair. This won't help at all right now. I'm really underwhelmed by all of this right now. Especially that there are now almost 24 gone since I wrote to the support and really absolutely no reaction so far.
Somehow I'd really like to give this shit back...

It is normal when CSL DD is in Xbox mode is not a compatible PC peripheral.
That's not what I asked for :D
I said it's not recognized BUT if i switch to xbox mode the software gives me the feedback that it's in xbox mode. But in the both other modes it's not recognized at all.

I guess you did already, but did you try different USB-Ports of your PC? Oddly, I have the same issue with one of the two Front-Usb-Ports of my case. With the other one, the device is recognized and works perfectly fine.

Wheelbase should be recognized without a steering wheel. You've tried?
It could be the loose hub. If you remove the steering wheel, wheelbase should be recognized, but as soon as you insert the steering wheel the driver no longer recognizes it.
The solution is this.
Same behavior with and without the steering wheel.
I fully updated my windows and so on in hope it might help but this wasn't the solution as well. Later drivers than 451 weren't able to be found.
It can't be a driver issue. Very old drivers work great, they worked when they were released and would continue to work today. There are no broken drivers. If the wheelbase side QR alignment doesn't work, you'll have to wait for a response from Fanatec customer service, which unfortunately isn't responding at the moment.
there are some reports that drivers could be disabled , and need enable manually in device manager
There aren't such reports in the device manager unfortunately
they release new version today 452 what should fix this when there is this kind issue
So far no 452 driver on the website. And I really doubt this will come over the weekend as no one there is working weekends...

Tried this driver as well with the same result. Not recognized. Totally uninstalled the previous one and installed the new one with restarts of course.

seems very unlikely, but do you use the right USB-Port on the wheelbase? The one with the usb-sign next to it, not the data-one?
Yes, I'm using this usb port.
