And the TrayApp is running and your phone is connected to the correct IP adress? Is the Tuning Menu shown properly in the Mobile App and only ITM is not working? Also is it not working in any game or just a specific game, which game did you tried with which Wheel / Base?
For me everything is working fine but I am on iOS... Other testers on Android have confirmed everything is working fine for them as well so must be something on your side which blocks ITM communication...
The Fanalab and Fanatec tray apps are both running. When I use the "demo ITM for 30 sec" option in the Fanatec tray app, the mobile app will display that in the ITM screen. Also, when I go to Fanalab and select "view telemetry feed" while in an iRacing session I can see all of the telemetry there -- it just doesn't get sent to the mobile app for whatever reason.
The mobile app can find the PC and I can use the tuning menu. There's just no ITM functionality when I'm running iRacing or F1 23. Something must have changed in the way the tray app sends realtime telemetry data to the mobile app.
Windows 11 and Android 12, by the way. I've tried both a Samsung Galaxy S6 tablet (what I've been using for ITM) and a Microsoft Surface Duo 2 phone. No difference in behavior between them. The tray app on the PC simply is not sending game telemetry to the mobile app.
Can you show a picture of the settings page at the very bottom which exact version you are running please?
It should show 0.1.10+90 like this and it was pushed on 9th November. You said you have a version from 3rd November, that would most likely be an outdated one as the 0.1.10+90 was not live on 3rd November yet...
This was tested by several testers and the Dev and nobody was able to reproduce this, it works for everyone on both iOS and also Android.
So atm it is totally unclear and a mystery why you are the only one, where the ITM is not working.
Next week there will be a new driver with another new TrayApp and by that time there should also be a new Mobile App available. There wont be a specific fix included for your mysterious issue but maybe, by accident, that combo will work for you again.
But that doesn't matter because I'm not going to continue to allow you to gaslight me. I've uninstalled all the Fanatec junk apps, and I'm working on customizing Simhub instead. And when I want new hardware in the future, it won't be Fanatec.
I have updated too driver 454 and have also updated all firmware same issue itm comes then I start getting all kinds of notifications that new firmware is available which is not correct because it was just updated …..goes to start game and nothing happens
I dont know if it has already been discussed somewhere or cant find it, but it would be good if the motor temperature could be read through the application. considering that the sensor inside each dd base exists.
so it would be easier to control the limits of any dd base. personally would install external fans on the base left and right to help with cooling. and with the display of the temperature through the app, if necessary, it could turn on, increase or decrease the operation of the fan.
Windows 11 with the new Fanatec drivers including the latest Fanatec app on the smartphone anyway. I use an old Samsung Note 3 Neo with Android 5.
The program seems to crash, right-clicking to open the context menu almost never works for me to start the demo function. I also read "Waiting for Data" on the display of the smartphone
That was my feedback :) I hope you can get this cool software working again!
Thank you for your answer, I had not written that I have the problem Automobilista2. I think that I also have the problem with ACC, because the application crashes on the PC after connecting the PC. At least it doesn't react when you click on it in the taskbar.
Maybe delete the Trayapp (not the driver) from your Programs and from the map on C:drive Fanatec - Fanatec Wheel - app - trayapp.exe and after delete this trayapp.exe restart pc and download latest Trayapp zip and unzip it, then put the new unzipped trayapp map into C:drive - Fanatec - Fanatec Wheel (this helped me with problem tuning idk if this also helps with ITM) worth trying. I run 454 driver btw
Hello, I have Fanatec app and PC drivers. the application does not find my computer's IP, and when I enter it manually, the application does not connect to the PC. I only connect my phone to my PC via Bluetooth. any suggestions on what I can do about it?
yes, I know, I know. I anticipated the question whether there are any problems with the connection between the phone and the PC. the wi-fi network in both the PC and the phone is the same
I think you only have the driver on your PC and the app on your phone right..? You need the TRAYAPP that is apart from driver unless you ticked the box while downloading the driver, but this not always works. So you need to Download the Trayapp Zip and unzip it etc. see here above my previous comment how to do it

I don't know why, but my reply was deleted...

This is what is current in Google Play right now:
Any update on this?

I'm not the only one. At least one other person in this thread had the same issue: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/comment/101689/#Comment_101689

Okay, your decision to not give the next version at least a try to see if it got fixed...
Same for me.
Windows 11, iPhone X, Driver 453, iRacing.
iPhone connected, Tuning Menu is ok but no ITM. Just : "Waiting for date. Start your game...".
Same for me .
Windows 11 ,
iPhone 12 mini
Driver 453 _ firmware WB=1.1.10.6 _Firmware WBM=1.0.3.2_SteeringWheel=47_Wireless QR=6.0.1.1
FanatecApp windows 0.43.0.21 , FanatecApp phone v0.1.11+94, Fanalab V2.01.12
GT DD Pro boost KIt180_ steering wheel formula V2 + magnetic paddle_CSP V3 in 1.35
In iRacing : iPhone connected, Tuning Menu is ok but no ITM. Just : "Waiting for data. Start your game...".
We were able to reproduce the issue now.
The dev is investigating and will fix it with the next version.
I have updated too driver 454 and have also updated all firmware same issue itm comes then I start getting all kinds of notifications that new firmware is available which is not correct because it was just updated …..goes to start game and nothing happens
I was going to use ITM on the app for the first time after I downloaded the driver 454 and I have the exact same issue.
Only on iRacing "Waiting for data. Start your game..."
ACC works fine... So if anyone has an idea why...
Yes thats a known issue of the current TrayApp version and is under investigation to be fixed in one of the next versions, it only affects iRacing.
ITM "Waiting for data. Start your game..." Same herre
Yes, known, its an iracing only with iRacing and will be fixed with the next version.

This is possible on ITM page 6 in the Mobile App but is only supported for the Podium DD.
Other Bases dont support this as the sensor does not exist in other bases.
if the sensor does not exist in the csl dd base, how is overheating controlled?
idk
Hey apologies if this is a repeated question but after the update I can run the demo on the phone bu any other games is "waiting for Data
Any idea why or any guidance how to resolve this. Tried to install drivers again but no help :(
I have the same problem.

The "waiting for data" issue in iRacing will be fixed in the next version.

You need to be in the same Network. Bluetooth is not supported.
