Thank you for another update. I've been patiently waiting on more information, but after the last 2 updates i'm getting more and more concerned about my order (#1823360, inside EU). In update 2 we could read that orders from nov. 24th were processed and you were working on orders placed on the 25th and 26th. Now, my order was placed on the 23rd (everything was in stock at the time of ordering), but I still didn't get any information on shipping.
I would love a bit more information on my order, or at least a short confirmation that everything will be allright.
If fanatec is out of stock on the v2.5x and can't give the customer there product what they pay for on black friday i want the v2.5 instead.
They can't cancel orders and give a 10% discount on a new wheel you must buy before april. F1 v2.5 wheel cost 330 euro.
Also with the v2.5x glitch, why didn't you give us the option too pay the different

On monday 11th december I received my invoice and explanation e-mail saying that "European customers are currently experiencing warehouse processing delays of up to 7 business days [...]" with the famous "completely shipped" on FANATEC website.
Yesterday (Thirsday 14th dec) I tried a research on UPS with my invoice number as reference and country + postal code. I saw 5 packages.
This morning (Friday 15th dec) I get a serial number on all my order except the CSL DD (5 Nm) and my tracking number (all on FANATEC website). Just tried the tracking number and it works ! 5 items on the way just a late for 1 package (I guess the CSL DD (5 Nm)).
In conclusion :
6 business days from ordering to receiving my tracking number (with a very simple order and all items in stock)
2 business days to delivered to France (thanks to UPS)
For a total of 8 business days (12 classics days).
Will see if it's my order and if everything is good. May the forcefeedback be with you. As we say in France : "Tout vient à point à qui sait attendre".
When someone make banner, publish this deal all over social media, write all of this, put it on webshop... What pricing mistake ffs? After take money from customers, sent them invoices, ask them for patience and after three week cancel orders randomly, after they sent some customers same product? WTF???
On the 27th of November I ordered the GT DD pro with the upgrade pack deal you advertised on Black Friday consisting of the load brake cell, boost kit 8nm and the metal pedal upgrade.
i finally got a tracking number on the 14th of September and it still currently says label created but ups haven’t received the shipment yet, also it is a 2 piece shipment apparently.
if i decide to buy the 2.5 that is on stock, i HAVE to choose a qr2 and wait a month for the order, or i have to select the QR1 that is out of stock. Why cant i buy the wheel without the QR? i've already got a ton of qr1 and qr2 at home from other wheels

Don't even think about canceling the order.
There's no mistake. They've already sent many orders with the same products. They informed their customers of the shipment a long time ago.
A mistake (when it exists) is corrected immediately, not when it's handy...!
If they don't honor the sale, I'll continue with the process I've already started and demand everything! Plus compensation for the delays and the loss of the opportunity to take advantage of other promotions when I (mistakenly) bought material from Fanatec...!
I’ve got a similar order to you but purchased the DD pro on 24/11 and the boost kit on 21/11 - do you have any serial numbers showing on your “orders” page?
I’ve got serial numbers for the CSL pedal tuning kit and load cell pedal but not one for the boost kit or GT Pro DD (5nm).
