Hi, I just wanted to get in touch as I've been very pissed off the last few days reading through the forum. The way you treat your customers is really questionable. I ordered an R2R 5NM with P1 and the Clubsport table clamp (5-7days) on 06/12 and thought I wouldn't get it until next year because of all the orders before me (1867xxx). 07/12 it was marked as completely shipped. 14/12 I received 4 emails from UPS. Today 15/12 all 4 packages are in delivery. However, the DD and the table clamp do not have a serial number in my order. I hope everything is complete and working. I also hope that you receive your parcels quickly. I know it's no help but I just wanted to share my experience. By the way, I'm from Germany
Mislim da ce prvo otkazivati nas koji smo samo narucili volan jer je to najmanji iznos koji moraji vratiti. Nekome tko je uz volan narucio bazu i pedale ili jos nesto radije nece jer je veci iznis i valjda su nesto sitno i zaradili.
Sto se putovanja posiljki tice, to je normalno, obicno iz DE ide u ITA pa tek onda put nas
Has anyone received any notification from Fanatec regarding orders with the 2.5X steering wheel? Unless there is a mistake today we should have received some news but from what I see this is going to take a long time... I understand that it is a stock problem, not a price problem. How can they sell a stock that they don't have? it's absurd the service of these people, I've already placed the order but for the next one I'll think twice. They have not even answered my mail, not even a phone call they have taken. Shame of service
anybody know what exactly is happening with the 2.5x? do they cancel only the orders with the apm? bc i ordered without apm and with different other things
Thank you for the update. I placed an order on november 24th and have not received a tracking number (my ordernumber does not find any parcels on the UPS website). All the items I ordered were in stock and not pre-order and in your previous message you said that orders from the 24th were 'exported'. My order from november 20th arrived within a week which pleasantly surprised me and I hoped the other package would not be far behind.
Is my order shipped? If not, when will my order be shipped? It is a christmas present.
My order from 18th is without tracking number also. I got an email in the beginning of the week that they informed me that they are going to send it this week.
Today is friday, no tracking number. Such a clusterfuck!
If i dont get an update at the start of next week i will be taking legal action, ive already created the form but will just wait until i have reached the 14 working days. today is the 12th day of my order so theyve got two more working days.

Same, I contact the French consumer association against Fanatec for the false delay of shipping, and maybe the cancellation of my order because I have order the csl DD+ v2.5x bundle…
Fanatec also cancelled my order that included V2.5X and APM , however the order was my whole setup such as the new DD+ base ,shifter handbrake wheels etc, (total of 2300+ €) and the cancellation, particularly after adding a product recommended by your system, has significantly impeded my setup process.
This order was going to be my first purchase from Fanatec, marking my entry into your ecosystem. I am looking forward to being part of the Fanatec family, but first, I expect fair treatment regarding this situation. The 10% discount offered as compensation is insufficient. If possible, we could complete the order without the APM or we could proceed without that specific product altogether. Unfortunately, the options you've offered are not satisfactory solutions for me. If this is the case, I regretfully request a return of my previously received order number 1807376,which is V3 pedals +BPK kit that I ordered first, as this product is meaningless to me without the complete setup.
I hope for a fair resolution. I look forward to your response.
@James : why Fanatec now is cancelling orders without price error ! You made offers for black friday, you MUST stick to them !! It's forbidden to cancel orders like this, and keeping customer's money. Fanatec is going to have big trouble with laws for sure. And stop talking "mail update", let's be honnest !!

Is here someone who got the bundle dd1 qr2 with the bmw Rim? I orderd on 11.18. got my invice on the 11.28. and also a Message that everything was shipped.

J ai également commande le 2.5x et un qr1, ma commande est du 24,si ma.commnade est annulée je ferai une action en justice France et devant la cour européenne, j attends la sentence ! Mais je e me laisserai pas faire !
Everything was in stock when I ordered, then the delay with the QR2 on January 5. I hope that my 2.5x has been reserved and is waiting in the warehouse for the rest of the order. If that is not the case and they still take pre-orders for the 2.5X that would be a joke. Their shipping policy is complete garbage.

Scratch that last, got serials on the load brake cell and pedal tuning kit
Got an email last night notifying me of the delay.

Guessing the back log is on the Boost kit and DD itself by the sounds of it. I’ve also ordered the McLaren wheel which seems to also be delayed

Ich warte schon seit dem 19.11 auf meine Bestellung (1798109). knapp 1300 Euro. Direkt schon nach 2 Tagen abgebucht.
Status ist wurde Versand. Sonst habe ich noch nichts gehört. Langsam kriege ich ein dicken Hals und will diese Firma verklagen.
Da nützt mir das Update von Fanatec auch nicht.
Kümmert euch drum verdammt nochmal.

I have this wheel on my 24.11 order, and I'll not wait so long. Lets see if they'll write an official update on this, as stated on this post.
