If it's the case, it's bad stock handling... I mean that if you sell a product - for example the V2.5 X wheel and it includes a QR1 for free, then you need to assign those QR1's to all those wheels that are in stock.
For example:
Fanatec receives stock of 1000 wheels that "include" QR1
Fanatec receives stock of 2000 QR1's
Fanatec then should assign 1000 QR1's to those 1000 wheels
They end up with 1000x wheels that include QR1 and they still have 1000 pcs of QR1 to sell to others.
If this is not how they do it, they are doing it totally wrong :-D

Ordered on 21st November 2023, 1809815, and have had absolutely no updates whatsoever since. Emails unanswered, phone support says ring back between 2 and 4 (and when you do, you get told phone support is suspended). Stumbled upon this discussion thread - would have been nice to have been emailed about it.
I have to admit, more than little concerned that people who ordered after me are receiving goods, whilst my order sits at the "label" stage. All of my order was in stock (per the website) when ordered. This was bought as a joint Christmas and birthday gift for my son, who now has the real prospect of having nothing for either occasion.
Not the best introduction to the sim-racing world.
Hey, have you already done it ? I plan to do it soon and also inform the authorities of my country which are responsible of this kind of things if I have no news from fanatec by the end of the week or if my ordre gets canceled
I placed 2 orders, one on 24/11 and one on 27/11, both now have a tracking no, however the order from the 24th has had a tracking no, label created since the 1st December, and has not moved since, is there any way of finding out what’s going on? Items I ordered were all in stock, and none of them are the glitched price bundles, all in I ordered 2x qr2 type M, 1 set of button caps, and a Porsche podium leather rim?
I think they just received too many orders for F1 steering wheels, thousands (maybe more than 10k) and they just can't sell that much without making a profit. I was very surprised to see that wheel was still available on Saturday.
And now they have a huge problem and they started to cancel orders. They probably think it's better to cancel simple orders with just the wheel in it than orders which include bundles (wheel, pedals, base, etc). Less money to return and with the whole package they can make some profit.
But I really don't know why they think this will get through thousands of lawsuits intact
I bought on the 24th CSL v2 Pedals, CSL DD 5NM and the 2.5x. Until now no serials and tracking numbers visable. In my UPS choice account no shipments or anything visable. I'm considering to buy a QR2 and boost kit but will wait until my complete order arrived.
Which is for a QR2 Type C - which I'm only getting as it was "cheap" to see if it fixes my now broken CSL DD that's out of warranty. Tho if it fixes it I don't have any wheel side QR2's to use it :(
Ordered a DD2 on the 22nd. Still no idea what's happening.
So what about all the orders from October 20th on the DD+ with Available dates of Dec 12th that haven't shipped yet? What is the status on the DD+? And update on those would be nice since all the front page does is advertise them.
When your order went to completely shipped? I ordered same wheel together with CS DD base and V3 bundle 20.11. Went completely shipped on 6.12. No tracking number, no serial numbers so far... Also no UPS reference found :(. My second order from 27.11. (just table clamp and sticker} was delivered on this tuesday.

look up ecc(european consumer comission) on google if you live in europe, they will give you free legal support

i sold my thrustmaster 3 weeks ago, kinda sad i havent been able to race in my league for 3 consecutive races, thought i would be out for only 2
